Ordered my daughter a bracelet, have not received yet. Can't get in touch with the representative. No one knows what's going. I will not be ordering anything else from them.

This is my first time ordering for my son I bought and paid his cap and gown around Feb 27, he just got it a couple of days ago. It is now May 3. This is ridiculous I hope the schools start to use somebody else to do this. I call and email and no answer. They tell you one thing and then don't do what they. My son is still missing the rest of his stuff. I wouldnt dare order nothing from this hungry money company. No apologies are nothing. Everyone take your money so where else that would appreciate your business.

If I can give 0 stars I would . This is my first time purchasing a cap and gown for my senior .. I called josten and personally handed my order form to them . I have yet to receive an invoice for the cap and gown . Now he is supposed to walk the stage come may but yet he can't bc I have no way to pay for his gown . Josten won't answer my email nor the phone
