I've been calling for over a month and can not leave a message or get no to answer the phone ,sent emails and yet no response so how are you suppose to contact them, this is really bad business I would not recommend them go to a jewelers same price and you have someone in person you can talk to right on the spot.

Never received my daughter's letter jacket. Can't get anyone to answer emails or phone calls. Ended up speaking to a customer service rep oversees that could not help me and referred me back to the local store.

This place has the worst customer service they don’t answer there phones they don’t reply back to emails They don’t take the money out your account when told too and leaving your account in the negative Carroll Josten’s needs to be better organized
