When I went to open an account, there were three folks there, including a bank manager. I was in and out in 10 minutes, and I had a card to use! Connie was great to talk to while waiting.

Worst customer service experience. Both bank representatives had very horrible customer service skills..they were extreamly rude and unknowable.The bank rep. knowing we were in a hurry had no clue how long it was going to be before we received a manager approval and didnt inform us untill we asked after waiting 20 min witha baby. She rewrote our deposit slip and wanted to ARGUE ABOUT THAT IT NEEDED TO HAVE A SIGNATURE WHEN WE WERE NOT TAKING MONEY OUT, it clearly asks for the customers name and signature if you are withdrawing.
