Whatever you do, don’t use this bank. Only if you want half your day wasted every time you need to make a deposit or open an account or do anything basic. Their online system does not work. Their lines are huge. Appointments booked out forever. And they have the worst bank products I’ve come across - they don’t offer interest or anything good that normally comes with banking. Just go to a small, private bank and get treated like royalty and earn money on your deposits.

Trying to open an account. Came different days and different hours and the wait time is more than an hour because they are on lunch, short staffed or they cant see you for “x” reason and have to schedule for a different day

I am IRATE. First - let me preface this by saying that the woman who greeted us this morning & was directing traffic was very kind and welcoming, and this review does not reflect our experience with her.Now, this was our 3rd ATTEMPT to open a joint account with my spouse with Wells Fargo. We had been given the runaround twice at the Greer branch and decided to make an appointment at this location.We made our appointment for 11 and arrived a bit after, but we were immediately greeted and told that someone would be with us shortly to help us. We waited a good 30 minutes (mind you- we had made an appointment). At this point a gentleman (who was not wearing a name tag, but was wearing a suit and possibly appeared to be some kind of manager) came over to speak to my spouse and I. We told them we wanted to open a joint account together. The gentleman offered the option of simply adding my name to my spouse's account, but we explained that we did not want to do so, and wished to open up a new joint account - which is what I had indicated when making my appointment. After going back and forth for a while, the gentleman eventually told us he would NOT be able to help us open a new account today but again stated they could just add my name to my spouse's. This is NOT want we requested or indicated we wanted to do. He told us we would need to make ANOTHER APPOINTMENT if we wanted to open a brand new account. So essentially, we came to our appointment this morning, JUST to be told that we would need ANOTHER APPOINTMENT.We are livid and aside from the kind greeter we spoke to we feel absolutely discarded by Wells Fargo. We will absolutely not be coming back and we are likely going to close our existing accounts with this bank. We are extremely disappointed.

Please fix your ATM in Boiling Springs at CVS parking lot. I was told it was self reporting in terms of repair service. This is not true. This ATM has been out of service for a couple of months! In the past, it is out of service at least 50 percent or more of the time. It is ridiculous. It needs to be replaced. Please take responsibility for this issue and fix it. Please provide service to your clients.

Wells Fargo has been my bank for 25 years. I had a recent experience at this particular branch a few weeks ago, where both the Manageress & a cashier both lied to me regarding a foreign check that I wanted paid into my account. They simply didn’t know what to do with it & couldn’t be bothered to find out what to do, so they lied & said Wells Fargo had changed their policy & no longer accepted foreign checks. I knew that wasn’t true & left the branch very upset. I immediately phoned Wells Fargo Customer Service who confirmed they hadn’t changed their policy, so I made a complaint regarding the service I had received & they promised to investigate, I hope they did.This week I went to the Wells Fargo on East Main Street, where the staff are always wonderful & they helped me with my deposit.

Wow. What a horrible branch. So I have a small tow trailer and I parked right in their lot AND DID NOT BLOCK ANYTHING just to get a chick fil a next door 7 min, and THEY IMMEDIATELY CALL THE POLICE ON ME and the officer arrived right when I brought my food to the car and I smiled and waved to him and he waved back and I left. But really I have been a customer since 2006 and have never been so disgusted with their behavior. F*** you wf

Says there open today Saturday (January 29th) until 12pm and no one is there. Update your business hours if your not gonna be open when you say you are.

Called the Westgate location in Spartanburg on 10/19/21 to schedule an appointment with a banker to get some paperwork notarized from my mortgage holder. Regular loan documents. The woman that answered the phone said that she couldn't notarize the documents because of state law. I went to the Secretary of State website and emailed them AND contacted WF Escalations department. The notary can notarize (IF she choose to do so) the documents it's not state law. I've been a member with WF for over 25 years and a notary myself and it bothers me that Personal Bankers and Managers are not familiar with loan documents and are willing to turn away WF customers b/c of their lack of knowledge. This defeats the purpose of a 'good customer experience.' Poor service all around.

Go to ANY other location than this one. It's Spartanburg, don't expect anything to be good or helpful.
