Actually, I find this particular Walmart to be superior to most of the other ones that I've been to. This statement definitely includes the miserable Walmart in my hometown, Gaffney, S.C. I came here today with my daughter who had to make a return from another Walmart store. I witnessed a very accommodating customer service person tend to my daughter. Mostly ,( with the exception of the restrooms) the store was clean and well stocked! I going to bend my rules a bit about this chain and recommend this one location!

This was the worst experience I've ever had getting tires. Yesterday I needed two tires and I waited 2.5hrs before deciding to leave. There was only one customer ahead of me! I returned this morning when the automotive department opened at 8am. They didn't open the bay doors until almost 8:30am. I was first in line. Another 2.5hr wait I finally got two tires mounted! At least I had the opportunity to watch the "crew" leisurely walk around the shop and have a good time. Two hours into my experience I asked for a manager. Thirty minutes later when I asked again the employee's response was "You still want to speak to a manager?" "Absolutely " I responded. No words spoken just a side glance and a lazy finger point directing me to a so-called manager. She didn't look at me or even attempt to ask if there was a problem. I started the conversation after a minute of silence while she aimlessly straightened a stack of invoices, never making eye contact. After explaining my two day experience she said to me sarcastically "I mean, I don't know what you want me to do for you." "A discount for being inconvenienced would be nice." "That's above my pay grade." She replied. I then asked who I needed to speak to. She just pointed at a picture behind her on the wall. I was told he would be in tomorrow morning so I will be having a conversation with him then. I don't expect I'll be treated any differently. In the five hours I waited over the last two days I witnessed at least six outraged customers leave due to being completely ignored by staff and service techs. This location is completely unprofessional, unmotivated, and rude.

I would give no stars if it were an option. I justwent in to return an item that I bought last week, unused, with a receipt. I was told I could only get a gift card because I got cash back. I always get cash back. Then I was told it was because I bought it in a different state. I have returned items in different states. Then they said they didn't know why. Then they said their system was updated and they don't know why. This policy isn't posted anywhere. Dorman Center location.

Usually have an ok experience here at this Walmart. Today line to customer service is long one. And you can't even try to come on lunch break cause you never get through. It's ridiculous that Walmart can't pay for more help than they have. Hell they make plenty of money from people!

If you want to wait for hours in line come on down. It's not worth saving a couple bucks. They have one actual cashier and everything else is self check out and there aren't enough employees to assist with them. Red lights flashing everywhere. I'm officially done shopping here. Horrible experience! Walmart you make more money than any company. Pay for more cashiers for God sake we know you can afford it!People stop shopping here or they will leave it as is and we will just continue to suffer shopping here.

Bathrooms are super clean and area is smaller than most Walmarts. Definitely feels more like a Food Lion (in a good way) workers are friendly and helpful. Larenzo is doing a great job

We came here for some groceries for a stay with our family. The employee SITTING at the door demanded a receipt from my Husband who has limited English (Chinese) and when He didn't respond quick enough, however he did stop walking, she spoke aggressively and very rudely. I got mad over this and slapped the receipt down. She laughed in my face. And continued to laugh and mumble while looking at our receipt (I know she was hoping the items wasn't on it) then rudely handed me the receipt back. As we walked away she shouted something at us and I shouted something very rude back at her. Her issue from the start was his race. It was clear. She was rude, had a messed up attitude. I know some people think that stupid attitude is cute but I reported her and she will be fired. No tolerance for ignorant racists. I'm tired of this Walmart always being garbage. Never stocked, employees are rude and stupid, racists. Avoid this place, especially if you aren't a minority. They're racist.

Never have what you need! Used the self check out machine didn't print receipt, waited over 40 min for someone to find a conclusion on what to do. Asked for Manager non on site no manager! The self check out are a nightmare to deal with!

If I can give 0 stars then I would. This is by far the WORST again WORST Walmart I have ever been to! I came in to pick up a couple of things and when I couldn't find something I found a employee nearby and ask to help me. It's like I was such an inconvenience for him to even help a customer. IT'S YOUR JOB TO HELP!! He walked over to what I was looking for and said "nope none" (mind you it even showed in stock ok their Walmart app. I asked if he could scan the barcode to help see if they had it at another store, and again with eye rolls and attitude he said "nope none". So again I went to pick up the rest of my things and once again another item (showed in stock on all) and none on the shelf. They never have anything!! It honestly might be shady employees keeping things in the back for them to buy and probably sell them later. Heard rumors!! Avoid a headache and don't go to this Walmart. Drive 30 mins another direction for better customer service!

If any of you have ever been to this Walmart you know what I'm going to say about it. It is not great. They never have anything in stock. Even when they do have more stock than usual is not the most or is not comparable to other Walmarts. The store is also very dirty and the staff isn't the best. This Walmart doesn't always have the nicest employees. Also for some reason when I visit this Walmart in particular I always feel like I've been in there for so long but it'll have just been 20 minutes. It's crazy. Although many Walmarts really aren't great this one is definitely at the bottom of the list. Something just isn't right about this Walmart.

Just left there....everyone is herded like cows into one door where you are sure to be exposed to COVID if you haven't been yet, and then herded out the same doors to make sure you get exposed again.... Bless your heart if you are old, sick, or compromised and you need to get a prescription from there....you have to enter the door furthest away from the pharmacy and then walk the length of the store to get to and then from the pharmacy....oh, no! You CANNOT exit the door by the pharmacy either....and heaven forbid you request to walk on the front side of the registers to exit...absolutely not....you must walk on the back side where the most amount of people are. YUP...they are definitely working to get us all exposed to COVID. So little common sense going on in that place!

Have been on the hold with the photo center for over 30 minutes. I will call and ask to be transferred to the photo center and after a few seconds of ringing I hear the woman that works there pick it up to keep it from ringing and send it straight to hold. These has happened multiple times. Poor quality and poor service.
