Its so sad the world has came down to poor customer service. I waited in the drive for almost an hour. Being the only car in line. I counted five people working on the inside. They just walk by and ignore me. All I wanted was my medicine. Where are the caring people. Stop just hiring people who just want a check

Not only is this the slowest and sorriest Walgreens's ever but the most dishonest and disappointing. I was in the drive through line for over 20 minutes. When I get to the window the girl is hustling around and giggling. Nothing wrong with giggling however it seems very odd to be giggling if you're hustling. She hands me my prescription. I paid her with a 20$ bill and my prescription was $4.50. She gave me $5.50 back in change with no receipt. WHERE IS MY TEN DOLLARS? Crooks!

Terribly rude, slow, uncaring staff, especially those in the pharmacy. The pharmacist hung up on me, manager doesn't return calls. Filed a complaint with Walgreens corporate. If there were better options for a 24hr pharmacy I'd never use them again.

this has got to be tge worst walgreens in the world!!! drive thru is always a 30 min. wait...service sucks rude employees in the pharmaceutical area....i will be removing my business elsewhere....they need to hire professional employees before they lose all their customers...if coperate cared about business they would investigate the worse walgreens around....went to get meds still wasn't available until the next day!!! went through pain all night because you all neglected to do yall job!!!!! you're not worth a rate you grade lowest of all!!!

beside myself with pain from a eye infection 2am in the morning. cannot say enough good things about Lori in the pharmacy. i called and she gave me good advice. Told me she would have what i needed and ready at the drive thru window. Thanks again

Waited 10 minutes in line after driving 30 minutes to this location on a Sunday only for them to tell me that the name on the prescription was misspelled and that they could not fill it. It was for a non-narcotic medication. This was the only location within a 15 mile radius open Sunday night at 8pm. Needless to say I went a night without pain medication with an orthopedic injury without sleep.

Drive thru is insanely slow. Had an appointment to get covid tested. Showed up 15 minutes early. Sat there for 20 mins they only made it through 3 cars and I still had 2 in front of me... I just left. Yall need to tell people to circle to the back if its gonna be minute before their prescription is ready....

Horrible my mother has cancer never have her meds.....constant run around about prescription status even tring to get it transfered out was a pain in the butt....never use this company should be shut down especially this location

There's a pharmacist that isn't what one would call friendly but aside from her all staff is great. They offer online orders and have pick-up that brings it to your car during certain hours but you can always go inside to pick-up.

Me and my mother went into this store on Reidville Rd. about 20 minutes ago. We had to find our own apple iphone cord and buy it to print pictures. The man we asked about it told us he did not know where the cord everyone used was, so we had to buy our own. After we uploaded them, we had to approve it on the computer behind the counter because we couldn't find any help and we were pressed for time. Once the pictures were printed, we took them up to the desk where an old man, who was very fat and tall, with a extremely large bald spot, checked us out. We told him how many pictures were in it and how much it said they would be on the computer. He immediately started raising his voice towards us and explained that he did not know how to do his job and we would have to wait until 8 to buy the pictures. It was around 10:50 p.m. So of course, my mother tried to ask if he meant 8 minutes or 8 a.m. He began to scream at my mother and said he had no one working with him and it simple wasn't his problem. It obviously was because he worked there. My mother offered to pay with cash and he very rudely said he did not want our money and he would not sell them to us. Also, we "shouldn't have been back there in the first place". I told him no one was there to help us. He did not care and said he would not sell us the photos and basically told us we were idiots for trying to use their 24 hour photo service. So, now a perverted old man who is employed at the Reidville Road walgreens has photos of an 18 year old girl. He simply refused to give them back to us. He should be fired immediately and I am not impressed with walgreens at all. Look better into your employees, and don't let perverted, nasty, disgusting old men run your register. If I could give 500 negative stars, I would.

Pharmacy staff rarely answers the phone, and when they do they are rude. Things that you get texts telling you they are ready will not be ready when you get there. Online it will tell you when you request a refill that it will be ready at a certain time and they NEVER are. I'm moving everything to Wal-Mart pharmacy. Tired of the incompetence and attitude at this place.

This has got to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced from a pharmacy. The staff seems disinterested, rude, and unknowledgable about their jobs. There ALWAYS seems to be a problem with something and no one seems interested in fixing, they basically just ignore you. I would suggest using another Walgreens nearby as the service seems to be night and day. The people at this location simply have no desire to properly serve their customers

If I could give it zero stars I would. I really have no idea what takes this location so long to serve you. Everything I go I sit in the drive thru at minimum 30 minutes before I finally get to the window. Then it's still at least 10 minutes before I get my medicine. I hate this location and just don't know what the hold up is each time. Tonight I went and there were 6 cars in front of me. I waited 45 minutes in line before I got my medicine. If I didn't absolutely need it I would have left.
