Wish I could give 0 stars, lady at window skipped the other drive through line, waited for 30min being skipped even tho I was there first. She made direct eye contact with me and I even clicked the help button and the pharmacy looked at me and hung up. Good to know their help button works. Just trying to bring attention to the line they were skipping.

Sometimes it may take a while for the pharmacy to answer the phone, but they were friendly and easy to work with. I got my medicine when they said it would be ready.

Pharmacy is NOT 24hrs anymore. I wasn't aware of this change last month as I don't use them very often. I will NOT be back

I have used Walgreens pharmacy for years! Moving from Boiling Springs to the west side of Spartanburg with switching pharmacies has been the most horrible experience. You would think being that this is one of the only 24 hour pharmacies that they would stay on top of things as they should anyway but no. The staff could absolutely care less. Some people need medication in order to live and function and I am one of those people. But to them, it’s not their problem if you fall over dead, but in reality, it is their problem ITS THEIR JOB!! because no one should have to wait 5 hours to have an important. Prescription filled and then you reach out to them wondering why It has taken so long just to be told The prescription is not even in stock. They could Have simply taken five minutes to give me a call to let me know that so I could have made other arrangements! As of yesterday, I will no longer be a Walgreens customer, I will be switching to CVS and hope for the best!

Had I written this a few months ago I would not have given such a score. They were insanely understaffed, it was impossible to get ahold of someone when you’d try to call the pharmacy and your wait was awful. Well, I don’t know if it has anything to do with their recent change from being open 24 hours or not but they have drastically turned things around. Huge shout out to Jordan who is always extremely helpful. I don’t know if it’s because we come by so much for meds for my family but he always knows what I need, who I’m picking up for, and gives updates on availability of some meds that he knows we take. Previously when the cost for one hard to get ADHD medicine was more than we pay for our bimonthly mortgage payment. He tried to help us with all available options to get the price down. He really seems to want to help his customers and that means a lot.

By far the worse Walgreens I've ever been to. Hell i don't think the pharmacy or the whole setup could've got any worse. Tell me why I've been here waiting a hr for a "rapid test". Not to mention how bad it's been for everyone that's came in to get medicine. I'm not from Spartanburg, but I can promise I'll never come back to this one again.

Its so sad the world has came down to poor customer service. I waited in the drive for almost an hour. Being the only car in line. I counted five people working on the inside. They just walk by and ignore me. All I wanted was my medicine. Where are the caring people. Stop just hiring people who just want a check

Not only is this the slowest and sorriest Walgreens's ever but the most dishonest and disappointing. I was in the drive through line for over 20 minutes. When I get to the window the girl is hustling around and giggling. Nothing wrong with giggling however it seems very odd to be giggling if you're hustling. She hands me my prescription. I paid her with a 20$ bill and my prescription was $4.50. She gave me $5.50 back in change with no receipt. WHERE IS MY TEN DOLLARS? Crooks!

Terribly rude, slow, uncaring staff, especially those in the pharmacy. The pharmacist hung up on me, manager doesn't return calls. Filed a complaint with Walgreens corporate. If there were better options for a 24hr pharmacy I'd never use them again.

this has got to be tge worst walgreens in the world!!! drive thru is always a 30 min. wait...service sucks rude employees in the pharmaceutical area....i will be removing my business elsewhere....they need to hire professional employees before they lose all their customers...if coperate cared about business they would investigate the worse walgreens around....went to get meds still wasn't available until the next day!!! went through pain all night because you all neglected to do yall job!!!!! you're not worth a rate you grade lowest of all!!!

beside myself with pain from a eye infection 2am in the morning. cannot say enough good things about Lori in the pharmacy. i called and she gave me good advice. Told me she would have what i needed and ready at the drive thru window. Thanks again
