This location's pharmacy tech was very unprofessional. I made an appointment for a tetanus shot. Was told to get there early and checked in early through their QR code check-in. After waiting 10 minutes after my appointment time started she asked if I was picking up a prescription. I told her I was waiting on a vaccine vaccination appointment I made online. She looked me up in the system then asked if I had had a tetanus vaccination as a kid. I said I didn't know but if schools required it then I probably would have. She then said the system wouldn't go any further and that I couldn't get a tetanus vaccine at any store and I would need to go to a doctors office. I thought that was strange so I called another walgreens pharmacy and asked the pharmacist there what reasoning for this cancelation would be. The other pharmacist apologized for this store and offered to give me the vaccine the same day. I am currently driving back from a job out of state where I was stung by a hive of wasps. The doctor that prescribed my medications to stop the swelling of my entire right leg recommended I get a tetanus booster. I understand pharmacies get busy and that her coworker just left but to schedule an appointment and answer qualifying questions just to be turned away with no reasoning is a bit odd. Especially when another pharmacist working for the same company will do the vaccination and also say there's not a reason I shouldn't be able to get a tetanus shot. I recommend visiting another location where customer service is actually a priority.

Incompetent, won't process refills, can't tell you why, long lines to wait to be told that the 30 notifications you receive mean nothing. I hope they're closed down.
Now two weeks without diabetic meds, if I end up in a coma, we know who to thank. I've tried two different places to transfer my prescriptions OUT and per usual, no one answers the phone.

I did not know how to get a picture from the machine and a beautiful lady T was more than helpful. She stayed with me till everything was perfect. I’m going back today because I need more printed. She was very helpful and kind. Thank you T for your help. We need more people like you!!!

This store received a call from the Boiling Springs location and filled the prescription I needed in under 10 minutes. It was extremely helpful because I was already feeling very badly and I was waiting on Covid medication. They were very helpful and efficient just like the pharmacy on Hwy 9. Walgreens really came through for me this day and I really needed a break from everything else.

Order photo prints for an hour pick up. Received an email the Order was ready, on time, great. I went in to pick up the order, the girl at the register in the photo area looked zoned out and didnt even ask how she can help or what I needed. I gave her my last name and let her know I was there to pick up a photo order. She looked around several minutes confused. A guy walks up, I am assuming a manager, scanned his badge and starts counting the drawer as we are standing there to pay. Then the lady proceeds to tell me I need to take my order up front to pay because he is closing her drawer. Meanwhile the lady up front already had a line. What happened to customer service? Since when is it ok to be a complete inconvenience and rude to paying customers? I definitely will not visit this store again.

Do not call your prescriptions in here, especially if Becca is working. I had the misfortune of having to have a prescription sent to this pharmacy as mine was out of the medication I needed. There was an issue with my prescription and my insurance and I was trying to work it out with them so I wasn’t paying over $200 out of pocket for asthma medication I desperately need. Instead of trying to explain to me what was needed, Becca decided to aggressively slam her hands on the counter and get nasty with me. Nasty and aggressive are the only way to describe her behavior when all I was trying to do was get some answers and the medication I need to breathe. She was completely unwilling to help or explain and acted as if I should just know. Completely uncalled for behavior and I feel sorry for anyone forced to work with and interact with that woman. I am 6 months pregnant and struggling to breathe and I get treated like that? I’ll take my business literally anywhere else.

Please read this before you send your prescriptions here.I have ADHD and my medicine is a schedule 2 drug. I have been on medication most my adult life. I'm a 40 year old married man. My wife and I have 2 kids, One is special needs and I work full time. I'm putting that out there because I know how these companies get. They usually get on these posts and insinuate something about the person who wrote the review.Here's my complaint. After being told they would fill it. I received a call back from the pharmacist to inform me they can't fill it because it's partial prescription. (Which I ask my Dr to do, because I can't afford it otherwise) no big deal, These things happen. I was fine.. However, for some reason the Pharmacist felt it was okay to talk to me in a manner that was competently unacceptable. . I mean you would've thought I was trying to break the law. She talked to me like I was a second class citizen. I don't know if she had a bad day but Its not okay and I'm not gonna stand for it. Mental Health is important. This is why many people don't seek the help they needNobody goes to the Pharmacist to be talked to like a child and treated like a damn criminal. To the point that I felt the need to leave this review. On playoff Sunday.I'm sure the conversations are recorded so Walgreens feel free .January 21st 2:44 pm.I'm being put in the defensive position like I need to defend my prescription. To anybody reading this. Trust me. It's just basic Adhd medication. Which I understand there's rules to how it can be dispensed. I get that. At no time in the interaction did it raise my voice or give any inclination that I was displeased. All I did was contact the pharmacy that had my prescription. I've never been talked to in that manner at any pharmacy I've ever been to.. everWalgreens feel free to contact me.I have multiple reviews on here. You can see I'm not a malicious person.. The lady who answered the phone was kind and courteous.Let me repeat, before they come on here and say something slick.I didn't argue with her, raise my voice or say anything disrespectful. I barely said anything at all. The only question I asked was "Can I pick up my prescription"

Was told by an employee that they do not do money orders even though they have signs inside the store that advertise Western Union. Also tried to get a passport photo taken there and was turned away despite them advertising that they do passport photos 7 days a week. Just go to the CVS across the street.
