The people work very hard here but the management are obviously inept. There isn’t enough help to deal with customer flow. Gets worse every visit. A shame as 2 years ago it was very efficient.

beside myself with pain from a eye infection 2am in the morning. cannot say enough good things about Lori in the pharmacy. i called and she gave me good advice. Told me she would have what i needed and ready at the drive thru window. Thanks again

I came here for my mandatory yearly flu shot. I hate getting them! When the pharmacist came out, this melanated baby girl looked 16!I just knew she wouldn’t know what she was doing or cause undo pain. Nope! Shamal was amazing! She was prepared, courteous, gentle, kind and FAST! Kudos!!Checking in was organized. I did not have to fill out a lot of unnecessary forms either.The only reason why I took off when star is because I had to wait a long time for her to see me.Despite the wait time, and considering that I came during lunchtime, I am happy with my experience!Angie

This is the worst pharmacy in Spartanburg. The entire team I needs to be replaced. It appears they can’t get a prescription filled correctly.

Me and my mother went into this store on Reidville Rd. about 20 minutes ago. We had to find our own apple iphone cord and buy it to print pictures. The man we asked about it told us he did not know where the cord everyone used was, so we had to buy our own. After we uploaded them, we had to approve it on the computer behind the counter because we couldn't find any help and we were pressed for time. Once the pictures were printed, we took them up to the desk where an old man, who was very fat and tall, with a extremely large bald spot, checked us out. We told him how many pictures were in it and how much it said they would be on the computer. He immediately started raising his voice towards us and explained that he did not know how to do his job and we would have to wait until 8 to buy the pictures. It was around 10:50 p.m. So of course, my mother tried to ask if he meant 8 minutes or 8 a.m. He began to scream at my mother and said he had no one working with him and it simple wasn't his problem. It obviously was because he worked there. My mother offered to pay with cash and he very rudely said he did not want our money and he would not sell them to us. Also, we "shouldn't have been back there in the first place". I told him no one was there to help us. He did not care and said he would not sell us the photos and basically told us we were idiots for trying to use their 24 hour photo service. So, now a perverted old man who is employed at the Reidville Road walgreens has photos of an 18 year old girl. He simply refused to give them back to us. He should be fired immediately and I am not impressed with walgreens at all. Look better into your employees, and don't let perverted, nasty, disgusting old men run your register. If I could give 500 negative stars, I would.

Takes forever to get someone on the phone. You don't even talk to someone in the actual pharmacy. What is the point to talk to someone at a call center? That is outrageous and ridiculous! I was supposed to be contacted about a prescription 2 days ago! Get someone on the phone so that I can transfer my medicine else where!!!!!!

Requested a refill. The app said call pharmacist. I called the pharmacy and was on hold over 45 minutes only for someone to pick up, put me on hold again, then hang up. I called back and was on hold over an hour only for the same thing to happen. This isn't the first time either. Just horrible!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They do not have any structure nor do they know anything about time management. I came to this Walgreens at 330. She told me to come back in 15 minutes it will be ready . I came back at 445. My prescription was still not ready. I did not leave there until 5:47. I was late picking up my child from daycare. They were telling everyone in the drive thru window to come inside it will only take 5 minutes.just for them to have one prescription ready for me. I waited at the register for another 10 minutes because the doctor still didn’t check over my prescription. The line was twice as long and they were making people that were clearly sick with appointments to wait in the back of the line. Some of the women were really rude one girl was really nice. They really need to learn better customers. This was unacceptable and something needs to be done.

As others say, no order here. Each customer takes ages. I have waited 20-30 minutes for just two people in front of me. Still they could not complete their work. I had to leave. People working there knows nothing. Never going there again

Never have prescriptions ready. Associates are rude and ignore you in the drive thru. Good luck getting ahold of anyone on the phone in the pharmacy. Waited over 30 mins on the phone with more than three people on the line. If you enjoy awful customer service and long lines this is the pharmacy for you!

Was refused a COVID-19 Vaccine and a Flu shot because Pharmacist Technician Leanne Price decided that I had "lied" to her about being immunocompromised on my form because I wouldn't disclose my condition to her, as I was informed I didn't have to do on said form. She then informed me "that I had broken the pharmacist/patient trust" so I was ineligible for any vaccine.She should be fired.
