Service was the best experience my wife and I have ever had. Friendly, helpful, quick, responsive, and good price. We own two cars mazda and subaru. I am 66 and have lived across the country. High recommend them. Btw they have changed ownership recently... it was good and now it is even better.

Worst bunch of sleeze bags i have ever dealt with. Left me stranded an hour from home with no ride. Salesman was great. Management was terrible and could care less of the customer. Dont waste your time.

This is what happened 2 1/2 days after getting defective part replaced. Subaru of America was notified but waited 19 days to finally decide to do an investigation. Was contacted today and told that unfortunately the car had been sold by the insurance company so they couldn't investigate. Incredible that we are out $34K and no one wants to take responsibility. Subaru definitely is hiding something and seriously doubt that if a hold was put on something (as they claim) especially involving a vehicle fire that the insurance company wouldn't honor that. Time to get a lawyer.

This review is based on my communications and purchase via email and in person with Steven Darchiville. Go to Steven to buy your next car!!!! I was in the market to buy a new car and I like to do all of my communications via email. I reached out via their website and Steven got back to me quickly with a solid OTD number for a new vehicle. Actually, three years ago when I was searching for another car I talked to Steven too! Back then, I did not make the deal with Steven but I am glad I did this time around. We went back and forth several times on pricing and in the end Steven had the best pricing amongst the other dealers that I was working with in the area. The price was very competitive. Steven was very very very responsive and on top of things. Every email he wrote was personable and kind, which is exactly how he was in person too. I'm sure he treats every customer this way but we felt like valued buyers instead of a number to him. Heck, we'd hang out with him as friends if he lived in Charlotte! He's that cool! I never once felt pressured or rushed to buy a car and my process took about 2-3 weeks of communication. I'm a pretty thorough buyer with a lot of questions but also wanting to get the best deal I can as it is a huge investment and purchase. With that.. i may be a little more to handle than typical customers.. haha! But Steven handled it all with grace and poise and I cannot wait to work with him again in the future when I search for another new vehicle. Oh.. and yes we DID buy a new car from Steven!!!! Woo hoo! Thanks Steven + team!!!

Car buying in the past has not been a pleasant process for us, but honestly if you want a no hassle car buying experience go to Vic bailey subaru in Spartanburg, it was the easiest process ever and our salesman Andrew was awesome he made everything so easy in fact I didn’t even go to the dealership he delivered my car to me, he is very knowledgeable and no hassles truly a great car buying experience!! *** * ** ****** **

We love our Mazda and never had any issues until the airbag light started to come on and off. My husband scheduled an appointment and showed up to his appointment last week. He was told he didn't have an appointment even though he had all the confirmation emails to prove it. Moving forward, he rescheduled his appointment for today and was told he would get a loaner vehicle. He arrived this morning for his appointment after driving from Columbus, NC and was told he was NOT going to get a loaner and that the service for the car would take ALL day. My husband is annoyed and just left disappointed. Now why, after driving there not once but twice with no help would we even bother giving our money and time to this business?! We are pretty easy going people and all we wanted is to get our car serviced, pay for the services, and leave. But we have been inconvenienced twice in 1 week. Ridiculous!! Makes no sense and will be finding another place for our services. Would not come back and would NOT recommend this place.

I had a loaner vehicle while my Crosstrek was being worked on. The service has excellent communication skills, constantly kept me updated ( even though I work 3rd shift). Micheal (service department) would text me later in the day. When I returned my loaner vehicle, I had accidentally left some items in the loaner. Deena called to inform me that left the items and put them to the side for me. On a previous trip Ms Kay kept my phone charger I left. She called and kept the charger until I was back in town. In sales department, Stephanie does a fantastic job matching your needs to the car that would benefit you as a customer.

I have had an issue with my Subaru for over three years and had it in the service department more than five times for this same issue. Twice during the pandemic. Wow they have an incredibly rude lady working in the service department now! I think her name is Mackenzie. She's young, - maybe 20's and a blond. She was there the last couple of times I was in and was bizarrely rude the one time I ended up in her line one of those times. I just figured, everybody has a bad day. But again today, bizarrely rude, argumentative, even sassy - kind of like a spoiled three year old. Totally not like Subaru quality, service or caliber that comes to my mind. Today, I was speaking with one young man, seemingly a fairly new service guy and she leaned over and said the "fix" was to reprogram my car. I said no, no - we have done that several times, I prefer a permanent solution, lets not "reprogram" anything again. Mackenzie raises her voice and tells me she is helping this other guy. OK - well I was talking to the other service guy anyway until she butted in. Meanwhile a third service person, Sally Mang sees that Makenzie is totally in left field and escalating my frustration and says hold on, hold on, I will help you and proceeds to handle the appointment scheduling along with my loaner car without a hitch. Thanks Sally! Subaru - question for you...I know it's tough during the pandemic and all but why is this girl still in the service department here in Spartanburg? I expect more from Subaru. Well and I want my car properly fixed. I bought the warranty and its under warranty so lets do this right this time.

I have purchased 4 Subarus from Vic Bailey and their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are very competitive and they help you set everything set up on your new car. Subarus are very good vehicles. They offer you a good price for your vehicle if you are trading a car in. They are great to work with. I would recommend trading with Vic Bailey.

Great place to buy a car. I saw a WRX STI I was interested in, emailed the business, and Steven texted and emailed the car info. He also got an appraisal on a trade in vehicle for me. the price was very fair and included all fees and taxes. we done up there to look and ended up buying the car and trading my old one in in about 2 hours. Friendly staff (shout out to Steven!!!) and no pressure. Great experience!!

I recently purchased a new Subaru Forester. I checked around with several dealers before buying. Vic Bailey offered $1800 more for my trade than the others and offered the lowest interest rate. This was even after they knew I was eligible for the supplier discount. They responded immediately to my inquiry and answered all my questions right away. They were courteous and organized throughout the process. I definitely recommend them!

I recently purchased a 2021 Subaru Onyx XT from Vic Bailey Subaru. It was my best car buying experience EVER. Jeremy was very patient and thorough explaining all of the features and functions. The finance department was also very thorough, and I did not feel pressured at any point. Vic stopped by to thank me for my business as well as the members of his team of professionals that made this a painless process. The “Encore Launch” is an added benefit as you come to realize there are features of the car you need a little extra tutorial on. The Ford Service folks were fast and reasonable with repairs to my Ranger too! I highly recommend you consider this family of dealerships for your next vehicle purchase!

WOW is all I can say, Contacted Jonathan Bussey thru the internet department. Told me a new 2022 Outback was in transit. Looked at the window sticker. Sent him a video of my trade. Within hours had an offer that seamed very fair. Checked with 2 local dealer dealer. They beat both dealers by 10% Faxed my info and documents to Jonathan, wow the car was no longer in transit, it just got off the truck. In 30 minutes I drove to Spartanburg (1 hr.) from the time I arrived till I drove out with my NEW Subaru Outback Touring a total of ONE hour and TEN minutes. & their closing cost is much lower than others No high sales pitch, no going back and forth on trade $$. no high pressure by the F & I closer. Just honest value for trade, honest service. None of that... OOPS we just sold the car you were interested in.
