Purchased a pre-owned Mazda CX-5. Enjoyed working with salesman Seth Johnson, he was knowledgeable and patient with our many questions and test drives. Also great experience with Eddie Weeks, and the Service/Parts Department on our questions, key fob fixes and accessory purchases. Very happy with our car and the experience! Thank You!

The guys in the service department are great. I brought in my 2015 CX-5 for service and brake pad replacement. I have had some follow up issues, and while that stinks, they’ve been amazingly responsive and helpful with diagnosing my reported issues. The mechanic and I sat down to talk through grinding vs howling noises of my issue and when it happens, etc. It’s never fun when a repair takes a couple of times, but the service team at Spartanburg Imports has gone to great lengths to make it right.

I bought a car here in 2020 when it was Vic Bailey. I was happy because they never once tried to call or pester me with marketing materials. I got an email saying they have new ownership a while ago and now I am getting bugged by this dealership to trade in a car I don’t even have anymore.

Bought a brand new Mazda cx30, plagued with problems, trade it at 8k miles for mazda 3 sedan. This time before take it from the lot I got around and inspected the car, a rim the passenger side one have a big scratch alloy color can be seen talked to the manager before take to take from the lot, He promised fix it. Today I drop the car for the rim specialist to take care of, picked at 5 pm to find out that the repair was paint my tire, he use a different black no the one that the orinal rim have and the hole still there. Talked to a lady inside she inspected the car called somebody else and this person in my face said thats the best that they do, that Im not going to have nothing else fixed, that the paint on my tire is aceptable and the not repair hole and different kind of black is a professional Job. Be aware dont buy cars over there they screw you. Management was involve Andy Brand who solve me the car and the old guy who insult me in the face was there today.

I scheduled an appointment for my vehicle a week in advance. I described the problem and I was told that the part was ordered. The day of the appointment I dropped off my car at their service center expecting to have it back the same day. as the day went on, I received video of some guy going around my car touching tires, and several calls and text messages trying to get me to trade my vehicle, but nothing about the actual issue for which I brough my vehicle to their service center. Finally at four in the afternoon I called and I was told that they will check on my vehicle and call me back. I called again, and since nobody answered I left a message telling them to have my car ready, fixed or not, by five o clock because I was ready to take it back. Finally after that message someone called only to tell me that they they need to wait for the part. I told them that the part was supposedly ordered the week before. It turned out that it was but was put under a different name. Needless to say I could not get my car repaired that day.
I used to own a Hyundai which I always serviced at Dave Edwards' where I bough it. Every time I left my vehicle there I received a call promptly with the diagnosis and a quote. I loved their service. Apparently not everyone holds themselves to such a professional standard. It is not the fact that the part was misplaced, that bothers me, but the fact that nobody bothered, during the entire day, to call me and tell me what needs to be done and what the cost would be. Nobody. It was I, the customer who had to call three times to find out what is going on with my vehicle. I don't think I will be setting foot into Spartanburg Imports again.

I clicked an online link on their website and the next thing I knew I had a Mazda CX5 parked in my driveway next to my 2023 Mazda MX5. Gotta love Mazda’s Zoom Zoom! Steven Darchiville, the sales associate that helped me didn’t do the hard sale routine that I have dealt with over the years. The whole process was smooth and Steven has gained a customer for life. I get a new car every year so I know I will be seeing Steven again. I can’t say enough good about Steven. He answered all of my questions and I had a lot. He is very upbeat which also makes it more enjoyable spending this kind of money nowadays. LOL BTW this is the 2nd car I have bought at this dealership in the last 5 years and I know that number will only go up. Thank you Steven and I know good things will be coming your way.

I bought my 1st new car here ('22 Mazda cx30 premium), Walton was my salesman, and he was great! No pressure, just easy going. My overall experience here at this location has been positive, from purchase experience, they delivered my car for me while I was at work, and the oil changes, tire rotations, etc have been very satisfactory so far.

My husband and I had the best experience purchasing a car here for our growing family. After having a subpar experience at another dealership and walking away, we were so pleased to come to Mazda of Spartanburg and work with the wonderful staff here. Seth was a fantastic salesperson and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He made the entire process smooth and we are overjoyed with our car!

If this was for customer service only, I would give 5 stars in a heartbeat (shoutout to Luke for helping me out in a pinch)...but unfortunately the service pricing is out of control. $800+ (before tax and shop fees) for spark plugs and an ignition coil replacement is absolutely insane. I probably won't be getting my car serviced here anymore due to the outrageous prices. Again, the service was awesome. Pricing, not so much.
EDIT: the service director reached out personally and after review, they determined there was a discrepancy in what they charged me for the repair. Spartanburg Mazda ultimately made it right in the end.

Wanted to Thank everyone who helped me at the dealership last Saturday to purchase my 2024 CX-5 Carbon Turbo edition in ZIrcon Sand. Great vehicle my wife and I love. From Harley, my salesperson, to Tony I spoke with on the phone to the manager who worked to make the deal happen and the staff who made my time pass as they were very busy in the afternoon when I was there. Again thank you all and I will let everyone know we're this great vehicle came from and how you are willing to work with the customer.
