When I pay at the pump, I'd like a receipt at the pump. It's always out of paper. Never had a problem with going inside the store for drinks and snacks. The store is kept up nicely.

Night shift older blonde haired lady was extremely rude. Went outside to smoke as soon as I arrived. Then continue to harass and run her mouth the entire time I was walking in and around the store to get my items I was the only customer. I tried to get her name and she would not give it to me.

Frequently closed for "bathroom" breaks. I just watched 5 people walk back to their cars and drive away. I asked the last one how long he had been waiting and he looked at his watch and said 12 minutes. I waited another 2 or 3 and they opened back up. I would notentoon this if it was a rare occurrence.

This Valero is about 3 minutes from my home, so I frequent it often. All the staff that I've encountered have been more than nice. Always smiling and talking. The store is always clean and stocked. The parking lot is also always clean. Even when it's busy with a lot of customers, they normally get you in and out fairly quickly. Good store. Good people.

Customer service was great. I believe her name was Amanda.. she stopped n took the time to get lids when others would have said we're out.. I didn't have enough money for a candy bar at that time.. she offered and gave me her nutty bars.. she even said she loved her job and people.. she was a pleasure.. not to many like her.. she really cares.

So disgusting on the outside of the store. No windshield wiper cleaner was either empty or so low I could see trash floating inside the container. Yellow jackets hovering over the outside trashcans. The handle on the gas pump was also broken.

Gas was at least 10 cent cheaper than ANYWERE I seen from KINGS MTN. NC TO Spartanburg, SC! NOT THE CLEANEST GAS STATION OR THE FREINDLIEST STAFF BUT HEY THE GAD PRICE WAS WORTH IT AND IT COULD HAVE BEEN WAY DIRTIER!
