According to website they Take passport application walk ins. But women at the desk that did not wanted to work closed register right in front of me bc I did not had an appointment.

Worst customer service of any federal employee I've ever had to deal with. Cut me off on every sentence I said just to assume something and was wrong everytime and he did it every time not just once or twice, the ENTIRE time I was there. Was told he wasn't taking the time to look through the pallet to find my package to come back in 2 days but my package said ready for pickup we'll that is arbitrary and means nothing. Came back the next day and was told they didn't know where package was but atleast this gentleman took the time to look for it unlike the other and the guy from the day before tried to apologize for his actions the day before but apology not accepted, i was never once rude to him so it was unnecessary to be like that to me. You're supposed to be professional when dealing with the public but these employees are far from that. I spoke with customer service but I'm not sure where that is but she was awesome unlike the ones in the office.

When trying to set an appointment it difficult and then I show up only 10 minutes after 4 they Don't want to help show either change the clerk on the passport or pay them more because they don't want to work not sure what time they get off but they hardly get people and don't want to help

According to the website the walk in times for the passports are from 3 PM to 4:30 but one minute past 4 and you'll be told, "I'm done for the day". So walk in times are actually from 3 to 4.

SO SICK of these BW customer service reps or in any position working with the public. They have a completely nasty attitude as if you made them get the job by gunpoint. These angry uncontrollable BW need to be in the back of the post office tossing boxes and not in the front dealing with customers when they have the emotional control of a 3yr old toddler. Fire these aggressive smart mouth women or make them act their age which is impossible to make a BW do. Get rid of em!!

Here they refused to serve me because I don’t know English well. THIS IS DISCRIMINATION! I ask you to punish the employees who disgraced me in front of other people and kicked me out the door instead of serving me. I am a client who needed help. This is unacceptable. This kind of attitude towards people. Please see me regarding this incident. I was there today at 02/28/24 at 3:30

After trying to resolve issues with my mail carrier for 6 months I give up. My mail is lost, returned or simply goes missing. She claims she cannot deliver to my house everyday because it is too hard for her to walk up my driveway. Why would to post office have people deliver the mail when they cannot physically do their job?

They never pick up the phone, I never receive all of my mail (it gets "lost"), and I receive mail for not only neighbors but other neighborhoods entirely. They should really be fined for incompetence.
