Worst customer service ever! They continue to deliver somewhere other than my front door where I specifically say to leave my delivery. I live in an apartment complex and even Amazon delivers to my front door where I tell them to. If Amazon can get it right then so can UPS. I wish I could opt out of having them deliver my stuff when I order. They are less than helpful when I call to report my package missing. They continue to supposedly deliver to a locker that our apartment complex does not have! UPS YALL NEED TO DO BETTER. ACTUALLY LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS BECAUSE YOUR DRIVERS SUCK!

I did not see any more than inadequate ones, I came for the second time to figure out why they keep our parcels on Fridays and do not deliver.
We arrived and asked where our boxes were, because we were a few days ago and they said to come pick up Friday, since they were in the Trailer at the time, so we arrived on Friday for our boxes and the frightened woman at 1:20 pm was simply inadequate from the moment we arrived, she raises her voice, shouts in our direction, I did not see anything more than inadequate, later as she continued to carry complete nonsense, I let her know that she needed to close her mouth and after that this woman began to scream even more to ask security, I will make sure that she no longer worked there.

Very quick in getting your package processed to ship. More expensive than the US Postal system but its definitely faster by several days from here to Michigan.

I had to recover a package, and the people were very helpful in making it happen. The customer service phone assistant sucks and is based out of a Western country. Sad

We have a wonderful driver that comes to our office to deliver. However, customer service with UPS is probably the worst CS ever. If there is ever an issue with your package, it's not even worth all the trouble and time to even try to get CS to help. I have only had less than a hand full of issues in 35 years, but not once have they ever helped in any way.

Unprofessional and unreliable service. Paid to updrage my shipment to be delivered before Thanksgiving, delivery window was between 10-2, driver showed up at 4:45, planned my day around the delivery time and couldn’t wait any longer. Rescheduled for Friday and tracking only shows as preparing for delivery. Can’t get anyone in customer service to make this right. Never again UPS!

Completely ruined my Thanksgiving by not delivering a package that I paid to have expedited for delivery by Wednesday, rescheduled for today, failed to deliver and now is saying Monday. I cannot and will not continue to plan my life around your inept delivery service. Deliver it tomorrow, figure it out!

UPS has stolen my phone! Only 2 attempts have been made and there should have been 3. Contacted them concerning my package and the representative told me that I could have to file a claim with my phone carrier so that they can begin their investigation. I would not recommend using ups for delivery. No further attempts have been made by ups upon request. I missed the first two times because I was at work. Will never use this service again. I am still waiting!
