I've had work done on my tires, struts, and minor issues there. Recently had a security issue with my car ?️, and they took the time to make sure everything was sorted out. They even called in a senior tech to confirm. Their team stayed with me even after the shop closed, waiting for the locksmith to arrive. “I came into the Blackstock Firestone location on a Sunday monring, without an appointment, fully expecting to be there all day. I was greeted by Jeremy at the desk. Jeremy was professional and took the time to explain my options for the four tires that I needed. Much to my surprise, they got my car in right away, and when my tires were finished they automatically checked my alignment, which was out in the front and the Rear!
I got the alignment and I was still out the door in less than 90 minutes. I look forward to doing business with Firestone again.”
