“This was a good store, well stocked & clean. There were some things I felt were overpriced, like individually priced shirts, and $25+ small wares (they may go for that online, but a thrift store is a place one comes to find unique treasures at a lower price. Otherwise, they would simply buy the items online). There was a small $50 mirror that I felt should have been $20 at most. But I do support their cause and browsed the store for other items.”

“I absolutely love this thrift store! So clean and well organized, lots of very nice gently used items, some even new with tags! They have some books, furniture and household stuff but mainly women and children’s clothing. Small men’s section and a few toys & children’s books. I have found lots of modest and beautiful clothes for me and my daughters as well as shoes and other treasures. They have a frequent buyers card and the staff are all very friendly, helpful and Christians. It’s a joy to shop here!!”

“Customer service was amazing. Had an issue with a suspicious person outside in the parking lot and after I told the workers about it, three of them escorted me outside to my car and were thorough in ensuring my safety. Very kind management/staff!”

“I am an out of town visitor but have been to this Salvation Army location several times do to my having family in the area. I have to say that their selection in clothes is awesome, not once have I been disappointed with my purchased items. What I was disappointed with todays visit 7/25/23 was the Customer Service lady that was at the Cash register who was on her phone the whole time she was cashing out the people in line, me and my daughters being some of those customers. She did not greet or even make eye contact with us at all nor attempted to converse with us. Her telephone conversation seemed to be what was most important to her at the time, in our opinion not tending or conversing with your customers while they are in front of you is plain and simply rude and annoying. Employees should not be talking on their telephones while customers are in their presences and doing business. On the other hand, the Asian gentleman who works at this location was friendly and attentive.”

I get shopping fix on for next to nothing. I Loves the Goodwill. Perfect for someone like who loves brand names and I don't like wearing the same thing twice. Also I donate a Lot to my favorite Charity's boutique.”

“I really want to give 5 stars, several realms why I do not, but as being plus size it’s extremely hard to find cute cloths that look nice, CM has this. I have shopped here and several friends as well love it like I do to find clothing. Sometimes the prices are right- sometimes they are not. Most of the times they are. It is consignment so needless to say if you do get money for what you sell it’s hardly anything at all.It is what it is though. The handbags are outrageously priced. With that being said I wait until I get my 20% off and buy if I see any at the time I like- I do not believe this store is for good deals more then it is for something unique only you will have. Shoes are a bit pricey as well. Regardless it’s worth it to me. Just need to go often.”

“Dude one of the BEST places i’ve been to since moving to spartanburg. just came from charleston and even their goodwill cannot compare to this one. I love it so much and the staff was so friendly and helpful omg ? they also have SOO much to chose from its amazing. just did a closet revamp and I can say that this is the store that you want to go to hehe. definitely will be coming more :)) excited!!”
