“My boyfriend John and I went coming from pa. The owner denise was super friendly and outgoing. This store was a good find and I enjoyed seeing the different types of things that she had in the store. I definitely would go see this and hopefully one day be back. -Jodi-”

“This is one of my favorite Goodwills to shop at! The building was just built so it's modern architecture makes the building more "breathable." ?”

“This was a good store, well stocked & clean. There were some things I felt were overpriced, like individually priced shirts, and $25+ small wares (they may go for that online, but a thrift store is a place one comes to find unique treasures at a lower price. Otherwise, they would simply buy the items online). There was a small $50 mirror that I felt should have been $20 at most. But I do support their cause and browsed the store for other items.”

“This place truly helps people. It’s such a blessing to know there is a place that helps people with food, clothing, utility bills and helps out with gifts to have a merry Christmas for your children! and much more.”

“I am an out of town visitor but have been to this Salvation Army location several times do to my having family in the area. I have to say that their selection in clothes is awesome, not once have I been disappointed with my purchased items. What I was disappointed with todays visit 7/25/23 was the Customer Service lady that was at the Cash register who was on her phone the whole time she was cashing out the people in line, me and my daughters being some of those customers. She did not greet or even make eye contact with us at all nor attempted to converse with us. Her telephone conversation seemed to be what was most important to her at the time, in our opinion not tending or conversing with your customers while they are in front of you is plain and simply rude and annoying. Employees should not be talking on their telephones while customers are in their presences and doing business. On the other hand, the Asian gentleman who works at this location was friendly and attentive.”

“Lovely Thrift store. Everything is always neatly placed and clean. There is always something that I want to buy. Employees are always very nice and helpful. There is a prayer room in the middle of the store ? nothing in this room is for sale. It's for prayers and inspiration.”

“I used to shop at Brown Roof all the time when I lived in Cedar Springs. Since I’ve moved this is my first time visiting the store since the name was changed to Classy’s Upscale Retail Thrift Store. Not much has changed except the name. I like the clothes section when trying to stretch my wardrobe but prices are a little high for some things. People want to be able to pay thrift store prices, not consignment store prices for mostly donated items. You’d get more customers in the door then.”

“Had a wonderful, super fun experience with them this morning. The two girls working today were absolutely amazing. Took some clothes in and used my credit for a brand new purse! I’m so excited! Thanks so much.”

“Got greeted when I walked in and seen smiles and kind faces. Did not see the sign for no food or drink, but it was company policy so I took my Powerade back to my vehicle. Upon returning they had a bigger goodwill store than I’m use to seeing. Clean smell, environment, and many different books my favorite one was the Bible. Overall a good place as many Goodwill’s are. ( ps donated clothes their and I’m sure they will be of great use to those who needs them. )”

“Always can find something good furniture wise, can’t say much about the clothes I don’t really bother to look through the racks. I have gotten a few nice purses from here as well.”

“A lot of good items ! I even got a couple pieces of clothes for $1. And I found what I was looking for , some good button down tops and tank tops. Super cute and at $4.75 each , I am very satisfied. The prices are pretty decent. I would give 5 star if there weren’t random things that are scratched and pots that belong in the trash. I also found a crockpot but it was $25, a bit too expensive for a used one”
