I want to start by saying I was going to leave this company because I stood and waited for 15 min and no one helped me. The girl with the curly black hair literally looked at me and walked back around to the back. When I walking back to my car a girl spoke to me and asked if I was ok, I guess my face told it all. I informed her that I was leaving t mobile because of the customer service. She informed me she was training with t mobile and asked if there was anything she could help me with. My phone was frozen and I didn’t know how to get it fixed. She asked if she could see my phone and within 2 min had my phone working. I asked her name when she will be done with training she said her name was Janay Jay ,I don’t know how to spell it, and she will be done on Friday and she will be at the Greer location. I will drive all the way to Greer to shop and add lines now. Customer service is everything to me and she gave me quality customer service without any hesitation. She is my new sales person.

Destiny and Melanie are friendly and experts in assisting customers. The Blackstock store is the only one you should go to when you need help with your phone.

This is a terrible company. Do not under any circumstances switch to this company. They deceive people. They change the plan themselves without warning. This does not apply to employees. The system itself is built in such a way as to deceive people and charge different payments each time without warning people about it.

Melissa helped me switch from Verizon and was absolutely amazing!! I am not great with switching phones or watches but she was extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with. I am overly satisfied with the customer service I recieved!! Top notch employee!!!

I am excited to write my first Google review to share my incredible experience with Ari at T-Mobile on Blackstock Rd in Spartanburg! Being apprehensive due to a previous bad experience, Ari completely turned things around with his exceptional customer service. His fluency in both English and Spanish was a remarkable asset. Not only did he pay off all my cell phones, but he also got me a $200 Visa card, a 20% discount on my monthly bill, along with complimentary Netflix, Apple TV, and an Apple watch. Ari's charming personality, coupled with his ability to ease my anxiety and understand my concerns, made our interaction honestly better than I could’ve hoped for. I can’t even believe I’m writing a Google Review lol, but, Ari gave me the most outstanding customer experience l've ever had, and I want everyone to know. Thanks, Ari!

We arrived approximately 6:10 and we were standing for about 10 minutes waiting for someone from customer service to attend us when a boy approached us we told him that if someone who spoke Spanish could attend us to what a girl who was there all the time talking with a client answered "that she could not attend us because she had to leave at 6:00", we wanted to buy a phone and an Apple Watch, No comment on the face of his partner poor service

I wanted to re do the review from my last post. I will honestly say sorry for such a bad review from the first review.As i tried to call them the day before and verify the equipment was in stock, as i needed ASAP, so the next morning i decided to head in there right when the front doors opened.Lucky i did. besides not having the equipment i wanted... but found they had a newer version and much better. Plus i ended up Getting the HOME INTERNET... Yesssss, so with all that being said... my original complaint was no one answered the phone the day before. Just 45 minutes there and conducting a business purchase, i looked up and saw everyone was busy helping a customer and there was a line of people waiting to helped.So the idea of calling was d*** but then again was a blessing that they did not answer as i saw how many customers this store had. So for future reference i will continue to shop this store when i am in the neighborhood. The service was great, very understanding to many needs, the store manager was very polite and courteous, VERY BUSY person, who was handling the work load very well. AGAIN Thank YOU for the pleasant experienceand Thank YOU Justin for the best experience. Keep up the great work!!!!!!!

The young man James help us very much. We didn't know what we were doing. First time getting a phone on our own. He didn't rush us, or make us nervous at all. We are older and needed alot of help.
