Had an appointment at noon. Waited thirty minutes for someone to come out. When I asked the tellers they couldn't even get anyone to respond. Really disappointing, I hate this merger. Service has really gone down. Whats the point of an appointment if no one is going to assist.

One Of The Best Customer Service Experience Ever, If Not The Best!!!From the time I walked in, there was very a nice lady who greeted my mom and I when we entered she was absolutely amazing! She made sure my mom was ok and offered her water, noticing the struggle of my mom entering. Then, the great customer continued with Kylie, one of the only names I remembered unfortunately of this whole great customer experience. She could be a great therapist! :) Then as I began to exit Kylie and another very nice lady, along with a nice gentleman went above and beyond of assisting me with my mom. (I’m terrible with names, I wish I wrote them down so everyone could have been properly acknowledged, like they deserve) Sorry guys. But if you see and need me to write or do anything to properly acknowledge you guys by name let me know. I will be happy to do it! Forever grateful! God bless all of you!

I hate dealing with the new Truist system! Try to call and after you wade thru the automated system for 5 minutes, IF you get transferred to a person, you are told your wait time is over 60 minutes! So let's calling my local branch. No one answers and you are patched thru to a voice mail. If you do leave a message, no one calls you back! Think I will start looking for a new bank!!!

So first I wasn't happy but at the Greer branch they finally got a nice manager. The past couple of times Ive contacted him he promptly returned my call and worked to help me with a problem. Good choice, SunTrust, getting rid of Regina, who was rude and albeit I liked Chris too, I'm happier now. I was just getting ready to change banks! Instead of a 1 star rating he's bumped you up to a 5. I hope he stays or I still may change!
