My Wife & I went to Play it Again Sports in Spartanburg for the first time. We live in Greenville and heard the Spartanburg location has a large variety of good used Youth Baseball Bats. My Goodness! I bet they have over 500 bats in stock!
Looking for a 10U bat and we had a lot of questions. Chris was patient and spent probably 30 minutes total with us, meticulously going through dozens of bats at a time. That level of customer care is rare.
He detailed Bat Diameters, Brands, Makes, Materials, and Year Models. It was the best! We ended up buying a very nice bat in amazing condition for my Son and saved a lot while buying used. Bonus: we sold/traded a bat we outgrew for store credit towards the bat we really like and want. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back for other sporting good needs. “Great products, store pick up needs improvement. I received an email saying my order was ready, when I arrived it wasn’t. The employees had to gather the items, scan, bag, etc. it took way too long. I did pickup for a quick process, not to wait for something that should have been done before saying an order is ready.
I will still shop here, but I hope the pick up process is easier at this location.”
