Love this store but a particular 3rd shift worker can be quite rude and also gives funny looks to the customers and I didn't appreciate that! Other than that, they have the best crushed ice to eat lol

Around 12 am I went in and asked the girl working for some change and she rudely told me no .. I needed change for my job and I said that then girl rudely asked my daughter what she wanted .. Ive never had any one be that rude to me in this location.. she shouldn't be working with the public if she can't be nice to customers.. I will take my business elsewhere.. and I really liked y'all's store but I won't be disrespected she was not nice at all to me or my daughter..

I bought a car wash membership and came to wash my car. The first thing that happened was that the scanner couldn't read my chip. But the ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful and replaced my chip with another one. But that is not all. I drove inside the car wash and it started washing my car. but suddenly, in the middle of the working cycle, the washer stopped working. I had to leave when my car was covered in foam. I have already read several cases that this happens precisely on spinx car washes. I think Spinks doesn't maintain their car wash well and doesn't change outdated equipment. I am extremely disappointed.

Very small & cramped location. And please adjust the car wash rinse. Going along with suds still on vehicle just isn't cool.

Drove out of my way to come to Boiling Springs to go to spinx because I have recently downloaded the app. Pulled up in the parking spot where the air is thinking I'll be out of the way parked pulled my phone out and proceeded to look at my app. All of a sudden the guy pulls up starts blowing the horn and wants me to move which was no problem except the way he acted like he was entitled. I pull up he gets out of his car and goes in the store. As I'm sitting there looking at my app this older lady starts banging on my window and asked me do I have a problem and says that he's just trying to get air I said well that was no problem but I was getting ready to come in the store and I was looking at my app before I did but I tell you what I won't come in there now and I'll never be back to the store again drove out of my way to come up here turn around and go back.. call the store and found out that the lady is Miss Gloria a manager ..since when did we become so entitled that you have to go to people's windows and bang on their window to ask if there's a problem because some fella has to get to wherever he has to get right then and there and be rude about it.?? Never really cared for spinx anyways. Their prices are to high and theyve always had bad gas. I went down the road to qt. Then circle k. Shouldn't of strayed from them to start with. Way nicer customer service better selection for the price. !! So spinx...say thank you to "the ever so nice" Ms Gloria "! She just cost you a very loyal customer ,,just ask circle k and qt.....,

The employees are nice. The lines have been super long every time I've been in there. It also smells like beer at times... Gas doesn't last long. They do accept EBT. They also have EV (electric vehicle) charger.

Store employees are efficient and friendly. The store is clean. I had an issue with a money order and called the office in Greenville. The lady was very helpful and courteous
