Good people working to explain the outage and what we can expect. We have an area-wide outage to to a damaged fiber optic (usually underground) cable that my mat be repaired. They will notify when the service is restored.

My bill is NEVER the same every month. I am so sick of Charter. We have had them for 10yrs bc there wasn't any good internet service providers at that time. I called 1 hour ago to check how much my bill was. Called back in a hour and my bill had went up $100. When I spoke with them they said it was like that on my statement, which it was not. They are crooks and I highly recommend you go somewhere else. Heck use your hot spot before You use Charter

I called Soectrum and cancelled my fathers service on Sept 30th, spoke to a rep to handle this matter, now I'm being told that didn't happen and I'm being billed for another month of service. I am so sick of these companies trying to gouge customers out of their money! I will not pay this bill and if I have to sue to get this off my credit rest assured I will!!!!

SOOOO HAPPY I DID NOT LISTEN TO ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS on here, or decide against going into this store and finally got my phones and cell service through Spectrum despite all these bad reviews!!Didn’t have an appointment, walked in on a Saturday afternoon and signed in on their kiosk. Jan, the guy who helped me get everything set up was so helpful…he had me out of there with 2 new iphones and a GREAT service plan they offer to new customers (for their first year of service), all in around 25-30 minutes. I have literally had EVERY other company I’ve had plans with keep me in their stores for HOURS while they set the phones and plans and everything up. Also, ALL the other places would somehow end up adding so many extra fees which they never explained and just added when it was time to pay…but Jan was so straight forward and explained everything to my understanding. I highly recommend anyone who is thinking of switching to spectrums cell service to do it! I guarantee you will not be disappointed for any reason! Thanks Jan for the outstanding customer service!!*Also, I have had my internet service through the company going on 2 years now and have had ZERO issues with my service, calling customer support, monthly bills, or any of my equipment. Their phone support, online support, and store service are all fantastic!

Spectrum is absolutely terrible for seniors living on a fixed income,they try to add things you never asked for,or pkgs you don't want.then it's hard to remove because egg you call in they continually switch you over to different areas of spectrum,it's their tactic to have you wait so long thinking & wanting you to hang up. They don't help you and it's seldom that you get an agent that's caring & concerned. Everyone I've talked to, just want to sell you something even when you've told them you can't afford it.

Though I’ve been a Spectrum customer for the past 5 years, today was my first visit to this store; I’m considering dropping my mobile service as well as internet service with Spectrum. As I enter the store, I see a display that shows all customers waiting in queue. I then stand in a physical line to try and ensure I get a spot in the queue, as I’m not sure how to do so. Once I’m the next in line, I stand in front of the employee for five minutes, getting zero communication. That’s fine; he’s an older gentleman, I understand that he could be wrapping up the previous encounter with his customer, or could be fairly new to the job and just trying to prep to help me. He then proceeded to call out the name of someone else, as if I was completely invisible. I work in customer service, so I understand when things get busy, it’s easy to have things get overlooked. But, when someone has been standing DIRECTLY in front of you for 5 minutes, acknowledge them. I won’t be back to this location and I’ll be shopping around for better options the remainder of the weekend.

Spectrum has about 12 hours left to negotiate a deal with ESPN/Disney before I permanently cancel them forever! College football is here and I can't watch it. Unbelievable the greed between both companies.

I had a situation to where I was going to cancel my TV service with spectrum. I went to the store, talked with Daniel and Jan. They took their time to layout all my options for my specific tv needs and was happy with the end results. I really appreciated their customer service.

Poor coordination when it comes helping guests. Workers on their phones claiming to help other guests but I could see they were simply texting. One worker even lied and said my name was called five minutes prior even though text message from store say there was a 2 minute gap in between signing in and being called up just to justify skipping me in line

A very dishonest company. They ALWAYS over charge and then play stupid when you call them about it. You must ALWAYS keep an eye on your bill, and you will have to call them several times per year to keep them honest. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! Just look at their Review score. It's terrible!

I've tried four times now to have Spectrum come out and connect cable internet to my house as a new customer. The first time a crew showed up but left without talking to me. The second time they showed up but did nothing and the crew didn't speak English very well, and he said a Supervisor was going to come and talk to me and explain the issue. No one has showed up, and they dont they any notes or pass on why theyvare not completing the job order. The third and fourth time which were suppose to be expedited tickets no one has showed up to the appointments! Spetrum whats the problem? You've wasted my time and I don't appreciate this at all. You have left me waiting with no response

The worst service ever. How does anyone get anything done at this place and they don't seem to care how long the line is. People must of had their tranquilizer with their Wheaties as everyone seems a sleep at the wheel here. Could be waiting until fall in order to get help. A simple fix get certain people that only do returns for cable boxes. This is beyond ridiculous.

I am having a problem with my phone and the store representative worked on it for quite a while trying different things to fix it, even had supervisor work with it to no avail. He called someone and answered several questions regarding the problem and was doing things to my phone as instructed by whomever he was talking to. Nothing tried fixed the problem. He put in a ticket for someone to call me within 3-5 days. Not very pleased about that. Also had a new screen protector I needed to be put on my phone. There was not one representative in the store that was comfortable putting it on! The representative helping me did suggest I go to AT&T, 2 stores down and they would put it on for me since they are 'trained' to put screen protectors on. He stated that the representatives in Spectrum stores are not trained to do it.So now I wait for the call from wherever he the ticket was submitted.Excellent customer service!

Spectrum service is already bad enough but went in to the store and got seen pretty quickly. The guy wasn't harmful or helpful. He took my equipment I was returning and gave me my receipt so basically did his job nothing extra. He told me my service may have been cancelled but I was still being billed because I had to cancel with billing. I said can you give me their number he said just call who you been calling. After I called they sent me all over the world to this department after this department. Finally after all the smoke and mirrors and cheap tricks I was told to pay 84 $ and then it would all go away. Like what my bill ain't even that but I paid because I didn't want it on my credit. I would not recommend spectrum the internet works but when you can get your channels to work they are in and out like a old school antenna from back in the day no correction antennas are better!!
