These people are awesome. Constant updates and good customer service. This is the first time I've needed to use my insurance and they were transparent and helped me through the process. I only have good words for them from my experience.
For context, I hit a deer at 45 mph. Attached is a before and after of their professional work. Everyone told me it was going to be a nightmare but Spartanburg Collision proved them wrong. If it happens again I know where I'm going. Big shout-out to Ashley for amazing and thoughtful customer service.

I am ever so grateful that I came across this establishment! Bravo to the guys in the shop!! Did a great job on body & paint repairs on my 2012 Nissan. Ashley was so helpful & professional through the whole entire process. Especially helping communicate with insurance company on my behalf. I highly recommend Spartanburg Collision.

Amazing, kind-hearted people. Unfortunately, my spouses tire popped while driving on Valley Falls Rd but we were so lucky to roll upon this Collision shop. I cannot attest to their body work but their good intention and kind spirit showed when they replaced the tire with our spare donut at no cost. They do not usually do that type of work but I was so happy to have them there in our time of need. I know that if I ever need body work, this is where I’ll be. Thank you guys so much!

My experience was excellent! My was car was repaired so beautifully like new. I was kept informed of the progress. The customer service was friendly and the process was smooth in spite of having to deal with a difficult insurance company.Definitely recommend!
