I first took my baby girl for what turned out to be a UTI and skin infection. I was met with kindness and understanding. They were more than accommodating with working with my budget and giving my girl the absolute BEST care. Shortly after that visit we came back for what I thought was an oral abscess. Unfortunately it was something much more sinister. I got the worst news that day and staff was beyond kind and compassionate. SAC stayed in touch with me the following weeks, and were always available when I called with questions. The day came when I had to make the gut wrenching decision to end her suffering. Again, the staff were so kind and compassionate. Dr segar even stayed in the room with us, listening to my stories of Baja's better days. There was no rush and genuine care was taken. I can't express my gratitude to everyone at Spartanburg animal clinic for taking such good care of us & my baby girl. If I ever find myself in need of a veterinary clinic again, I wouldn't go anywhere else. <3

They are always very caring for my dog who is almost 15. Take their time with the old man and call afterwards to explain all the test results.

This veterinary practice is amazing. They did everything they could to help treat our senior dog's problems. When we lost her the entire staff was compassionate and supportive. We just received a sympathy card with a personal note from each member of the practice. I cannot recommend this office enough!

I cannot recommend this place enough. We’ve been patients with them for 4 years now, and they are absolutely wonderful. The staff really cares, and the doctors hear your concerns and work with you to come up with solutions.

About a year ago I brought my first dog there with pretty good results although I did have to get him fixed at the humane society due to the high costs here. Got my second dog and tried to bring here for first appointment and shots. After a week of trying to get through on phone, being repeatedly put on hold decided that we are no longer being treated as a valued customer. Going to try the Dr, Bell Mobile Clinic when it comes to town instead. It’s more convenient and I heard cheaper but we will see.

Shots and checkups. Very professional and very kind to animals. Happy with the whole process.

I moved here from PA and needed to find a vet for my fur-babies! A friend recommended SAC, so we started going here. Dr. Garrison has taken care of my now senior cat since 2018. Even in the midst of Covid and not being able to go inside in 2020, he was very transparent and took great care of my fur-baby. He has also put down one of our fur-babies, the entire staff and he was very compassionate and kind to our family. After our vet visits someone always calls or texts asking how the fur-baby who was seen is doing which I think is amazing - not many vets do this. Thank you for being amazing with our fur-babies!

Spartanburg Animal Clinic is responsive and compassionate - 2 important things I wanted in a vet for my girl! They care for my dog so well and that makes me enjoy life with her even more.

Dr. Seger saw our cat due to an infected injured leg on May 29. She was a good communicator, making sure I knew costs up front, and gave her recommendation as well as a range of options for antibiotics and pain relief. She was efficient, thorough, and treated our pet kindly. She is a newer vet, and I appreciated her fresh perspective on fear-free care. We have been happy customers at Spartanburg Animal Clinic since moving to this area, and look forward to future interactions with Dr. Seger. Thank you for helping Arnold!

Trying to take a stray off the street and give it a home and this place wants to charge me $362 for neutering services. They are marketed as affordable but there is nothing affordable about almost $400. I was given that price after they asked if I plan to TNR or keep it. Should I have lied and said TNR?? that's just taking advantage of someone trying to do a good deed.
