Let me tell you about amazing service!My first visit to Silhouettes, with Ms. Jakera Collins. I was referred to her by my daughter and many others. She reached out to me, the day before my appointment date, to advise that there was an immediate emergency, and she needed to rearrange her schedule to accommodate.However, when she read the reason I needed the appointment, she went into accommodation mode for me. She requested to come back later that evening or come in earlier the next morning. She never demand I rearrange my schedule, she didn’t become unpleasant when I couldn’t change my schedule. She just said, “Regardless, I will make it work for you”. With a kind and cheerful disposition.Day of my visit, Ms. Jakera was supper early, friendly, and welcoming, immediately started with my services, listened to me, was engaged, and executed the style of my personality and posture.What takes my heart, the next thing she did blew me away! She overheard my conversation with my sister and us needing assistance, remind you, that she doesn’t know me, and had never met me before this visit, she generously offered to assist us on my sister's wedding day, to reduce the stress of the day.This young lady proves that there are still good people in this world that will help you without an agenda.If, you need a ponytail stylist, please, please, and please book with this young lady, Ms. Jakera Collins.

I have been getting my hair styled by Alicia Washington for over 20 years. The best stylist in the city in my opinion. The salon is very professional and clean. She believes in health hair. Great experience and you will come back for more.
