“I needed a new set of boots bad for work because my feet were killing me. I decided to give red wing a try because I had heard good things about them but never tried them before. The gentleman at the red wing store that helped me and walked me through the boot fitting process was an outstanding person. He provided top notch service and guided me to a perfect fit. The boots and extra insoles were expensive, but worth every penny. My feet are now comfortable all day and have not felt this good in a long time. I highly recommend the red wing store in Spartanburg, SC, 10/10 service and boots.”

“I ordered my daughter a pair of UGG Disquettes for Christmas. I was a little apprehensive because they were sold out everywhere and I had never heard of Baehr Feet Shoe Boutique, but they shipped and I received them well before Christmas. They were small on my daughter ( I think this particular style runs very small) and I thought we were going to be out of luck. I immediately emailed customer service ( on Christmas Day), assuming there was nothing they could do for me, because they were showing sold out. I received an email back the next day, which surprised me because I figured I wouldn't hear anything for at least a week since it was the week in between Christmas and New Years. I was told they were so sorry but they were sold out. A couple of hours later I received another email saying they had just gotten a shipment in and she would put a pair of size 8s on hold for me and all I had to do was ship back the pair of 7s that I had. I honestly couldn't believe my luck! I was so impressed with their customer service and how helpful and easy it was to exchange the UGGs. I would 100% order from and recommend Baehr Feet Shoe Boutique! Thank you for your willingness to help us out, when it was our mistake!! I have one happy daughter!”

“I have to add on to what Richie R said in his 1/17/2013 review. I've been wearing adidas Golf shoes since 2015 and have been very happy with them. My latest pair and exchange were processed by this distribution center in Spartanburg, South Carolina. I ordered a pair of TOUR360 XT shoes for $174.24 ($160 + $14.24 tax, free shipping). Four days after placing my order, I received an email from adidas letting me know they were "experiencing some delivery delays" and were doing their "best to ship it as quickly as possible." I received additional emails letting me know when the shoes had shipped and when they had been delivered. I appreciated the updates. I received the shoes eight days after placing my order. Not bad, considering it was free shipping and there was a delay. Unfortunately, the shoes were too small/tight, so I sent them back for a bigger pair. I received the bigger pair seven days after dropping off the smaller pair in the mail (free return shipping). Return shipping was via UPS Ground and deliveries were via FedEx. I love my TOUR360 XTs. Not only do they look great (one of the cart boys at Country Club of the South complimented me on them and said they looked "fresh"), they feel great too. Not gonna lie -- pros like Dustin Johnson and Xander Schauffele, who wear the exact same shoes on Tour, influenced my buying decision. However, also, before ordering the TOUR360 XTs, I gave other brands a try including Under Armour and SKECHERS. I ordered the SKECHERS GO GOLF Pro V.4 shoes, the same model worn by Matt Kuchar, but they just didn't feel right. Neither did the UA shoes. I really wanted to like them, but in the end, I went back to adidas. Whether it's a budget golf shoe like my previous pair, the Tech Response 4.0, or a high-end shoe like the TOUR360 XT, adidas has proven to me they make a solid and reliable golf shoes. A pair of TOUR360 XT shoes is regularly $200. I got lucky the day I bought them - adidas was running a limited-time-only offer of 20% off most items in the store so that's how I got them for $160 plus tax. I did notice a couple very small stains/marks on the bigger pair I received, but they didn't bother me enough to return them. The shoes are going to get dirty over time anyway.”

I have served in client/customer service over 30 years and it is one thing to treat ppl how you desire to be treated and then just genuine love and kindness. “Reading all the comments i was ready to lose half of my day,but it was actually nice experience today. 8am apoitment,got there at 3.44am. They told me to come back at 7am ,not before that. Got back at 7.50,went to shipping office,waited for 30 min inside just to get to window,got the door,you need to unhock and wait in the parking area,they will call you once empty. Got a call at 9.30am. Was out by 10. Big space to park,clean restrooms,vending machines inside,nice lady at the shipping office. 5 stars! Thank you”
