Staff are friendly. Car looks clean. Wheels on the other hand didn’t do so well. Excessive tire shine sludge slung all over my wheels.. the young lady did offer to run my car through the car wash again, but noted that most likely the issue would happen again. Lesson learned. No tire shine and do that part myself. Other than that, quick and clean facility.

The blower in the car wash is way too strong and broke the plastic on the outside of my passenger side mirror. I went to the office and had to fill out some paperwork and was told I would hear something in a day or 2 regarding if they would fix the mirror being that their equipment broke it. I didn't hear anything for 3 days so I called only to find out the owners were on vacation and I would hear something by lunch time today. Well lunch came and went with no call, so I called them back only to be told that my car is more than 5 yrs old so they won't be fixing it BUT they offered me a month of free car washes so they can further destroy my car... I did not realize it is posted on the damn dumpster that if your car is more than 5 yrs old and they break it that they are not liable.... U would think they carry insurance for things like that! Shame on y'all!!!!!!
