My wife and I had lunch at Sam's Club.Supreme Pizza slice for her. Hot dog for me. Their drink machines were down, so instead of the regular $4 (no tip), we got bottled Diet Pepsis for a grand total of $8The hot dog is actually pretty good, her pizza was loaded with ingredients and pretty fresh from the oven. Most times we've gone they have at least three pizza selections. They don't skimp on the slice size either.Their pretzels are crispy outside and fluffy and warm on the inside. For prices less than a convenience store, you'd think you'd be getting bad food, but Sam's does it right!

Shut the curbside pick up down because you obviously can’t run it. YOU were late getting my order ready yesterday (again) so I had to come today instead. Sent my husband down only to find out that you had canceled the order with no email or text to let me know. I have two memberships—Sam’s and Costco. Come next week when I’m able to call, I’ll only have Costco. This is one of many issues I’ve had with your store. I’ve spoken to management and they didn’t even do what they promised after your gas pumps charged me premium prices for regular gas.

#samsclub #walmart EMPLOYEES READ THIS: so this is a warning to all employees. I had worked for Sam’s Club diligently and with superb customer service and excellent job performance since 2018. I have been employee or safety employee of the month 3 times including last month. I was just offered two promotions and given props by both the exiting market manager who said my department had “never looked better.” again, just last month and the entering market manager. I had a scheduled and approved vacation that was pre approved and covered with PTO and had plenty of extra PPTO. Due to circumstances on the trip, I was a day late coming back, I called my manager directly and called my store 23 times over 3 days which nobody answers the phone at store # 8142 Spartanburg. When I returned the following day I covered the shift with PPTO, but 1 manager with a chip on her shoulder and a heavy handed approach came in shortly before. Got off and manufactured problems which didn’t need to be and subsequently fired me without cause and without even informing me. This always seemed like a great company to me, but BE NOT FOOLED!!! They fired me without cause- did not allow for ANY open door that they promise, ethics passed the buck to open door, and almost a month later I’m still waiting to hear from them. They do not care if they destroy your life!!!! Either find another job or unionize!!! Unions are on the rise, for as much as I never believed in them, it would have kept me from being financially destroyed. The job market is great, but try explaining to a job that pays decently why after ~5 years you were fired without cause??? I was fired because she believed “I didn’t sound like I wanted my job anymore.” I’m not advocating for anybody, just trying to let you know the cold, callous company you really work for. All the other crap they feed you is just to string you along so they can use you up.

I'm sure let down with the used to be favorite superstore! Here's a tip: Sam's Club has strict limit on advertised items that run from the beginning of a sale to the end. If they say limit 4 they stick to it ! No exceptions! The term warehouse implies to me that you should be able to come back on a different shopping trip and get four more of whatever it is . Doesn't work that way! This rule is written in stone! When I buy advertised specials at both Ingles grocery stores they have told me to buy the allotted amounts; put my groceries in my car and go back in and get another limit on whatever the item is and repeat as many times as I can ! Great philosophy with one little problem: both Gaffney Ingles rarely have any advertised specials on hand! Nevertheless; Sam's Club is a well stocked superstore and you couldn't find nicer employees anywhere !

Sam's Club what a better place to be. Everything you need at reasonable prices. I just love the place.

Getting gas @ the Sptbg location is horrible. Cars/vehicles entering the wrong way which causes long waits for gas. Suggest employee directing traffic to pumps. I don't plan on returning!

My momAnd I have been members of Sam's Since they opened in Spartanburg. We fI'll both of our cars up in gas once a week and we shop for groceries and miscellaneous items 1 to 2 times a week, also we both get medicine from the pharmacy once a month. In the past year. They have had all new staff come in and new manager. It's a negative vibe now. It doesn't matter how busy they are they only have two registers open to check out and there will be 6 to 8 employees standing around and a register in the middle just talking and ignoring customers.None of the employees smile or say thank you or can I help you anymore. It's like they all hate to be working there and are miserable. The new manager at night time he's very arrogant, thanks he knows everything, very hateful young man probably in his early 30s and made the Comment to me the other night " The customer is not always right but I am!" He needs to take a Dale Carnegie course in how to win friends and influence people. So thanks to u Mr always right Sams Manager we canceled our long time membership with Sams today and got an executive Costco membership and sounds like from the other comments that I have read about Sams several customers r doing the same.

This is the worst sams club gas station I have ever used. It took 10 minutes to pump 22 gallons of gas and l was the only car there. The attendant said this was normal. The pumps are 18 years old. Terrible service.

I asked an associate for help, but all I got was attitude. I'll take my money somewhere else.

Just had a flat tire. So I drove from Landrum to this Sams club. The nice young man said they couldn't put new tires on until Thursday ( it's Tuesday). Oh well, I thought it is 4:30. I went out to my car and the donut looked low to me. I asked Alan in the bay if he could check the pressure before I drive home to Duncan. "No" he said. "Why don't I just put the tires on now?" Now THAT is customer service. Thank you, Alan and Sam's.

Had my tires balanced and rotated. Damage was done to one of my hyb caps. Guy admitted that he had an issue with it, but they refused to fix or replace

it saves you multiple trips to the store and they have most of the items you're looking for.

Been a Sam's member for a long time now. When walking in if you don't have a mask they will provide one a long with sanitizer. They aren't doing any samples due to covid. It's Sad to see how they are trying to show food now. The person stands there with some made up and tells you it's good and where to find it. It was nice being able to try things you never had before. I'm sure there is a way they can do it without worrying about spreading any germs. As long as it don't sit out it would be like being served at a restaurant? Hopefully it will get back to normal soon. This particular day went in before Thanksgiving to get some filet Mignon to bring for Dinner at my parents house. I have to say the meat cutter was a big help he came out to suggest what he would buy. These were the best cuts 4 of them were $48.00 nice marbling . They did sell a cheaper filet cut but these were the prime and I wanted my parents to enjoy. They were like over a inch thick each. Everytime I say I won't get too much and end up spending a ton there. The meats I have found to be very good from Sam's. *Update the Filets were perfect and a hit!! Thanks to the meat cutter for helping to decide
