Plan ahead cos these guys are in no hurry. Making an appointment is best but it'll still take at least 90mins. But almost as much time if you just drop it off first thing in the morning. They get it done and I've not had any problems besides it just takes a long time. So make an appointment and get someone to come get you unless you have to shop and wanna grab some food at the thing there. If you go early the food thing don't open till lunch. You'll have time to walk over to academy or something.

Can’t get anyone in the tire dept to answer the phone. Have tried for 3 days with no luck. Called customer service to see if they could get someone for me, but they won’t answer either.

My wife and I had lunch at Sam's Club. Supreme Pizza slice for her. Hot dog for me. Their drink machines were down, so instead of the regular $4 (no tip), we got bottled Diet Pepsis for a grand total of $8 The hot dog is actually pretty good, her pizza was loaded with ingredients and pretty fresh from the oven. Most times we've gone they have at least three pizza selections. They don't skimp on the slice size either. Their pretzels are crispy outside and fluffy and warm on the inside. For prices less than a convenience store, you'd think you'd be getting bad food, but Sam's does it right!

Shut the curbside pick up down because you obviously can’t run it. YOU were late getting my order ready yesterday (again) so I had to come today instead. Sent my husband down only to find out that you had canceled the order with no email or text to let me know. I have two memberships—Sam’s and Costco. Come next week when I’m able to call, I’ll only have Costco. This is one of many issues I’ve had with your store. I’ve spoken to management and they didn’t even do what they promised after your gas pumps charged me premium prices for regular gas.

#samsclub #walmart EMPLOYEES READ THIS: so this is a warning to all employees. I had worked for Sam’s Club diligently and with superb customer service and excellent job performance since 2018. I have been employee or safety employee of the month 3 times including last month. I was just offered two promotions and given props by both the exiting market manager who said my department had “never looked better.” again, just last month and the entering market manager. I had a scheduled and approved vacation that was pre approved and covered with PTO and had plenty of extra PPTO. Due to circumstances on the trip, I was a day late coming back, I called my manager directly and called my store 23 times over 3 days which nobody answers the phone at store # 8142 Spartanburg. When I returned the following day I covered the shift with PPTO, but 1 manager with a chip on her shoulder and a heavy handed approach came in shortly before. Got off and manufactured problems which didn’t need to be and subsequently fired me without cause and without even informing me. This always seemed like a great company to me, but BE NOT FOOLED!!! They fired me without cause- did not allow for ANY open door that they promise, ethics passed the buck to open door, and almost a month later I’m still waiting to hear from them. They do not care if they destroy your life!!!! Either find another job or unionize!!! Unions are on the rise, for as much as I never believed in them, it would have kept me from being financially destroyed. The job market is great, but try explaining to a job that pays decently why after ~5 years you were fired without cause??? I was fired because she believed “I didn’t sound like I wanted my job anymore.” I’m not advocating for anybody, just trying to let you know the cold, callous company you really work for. All the other crap they feed you is just to string you along so they can use you up.

Sam's Club what a better place to be. Everything you need at reasonable prices. I just love the place.

Getting gas @ the Sptbg location is horrible. Cars/vehicles entering the wrong way which causes long waits for gas. Suggest employee directing traffic to pumps. I don't plan on returning!

I just made a quick trip to Sam's club and found my one item that I needed badly! I rely on Sam's for my store brand of Omperazole ! It does a great job on heartburn and acid reflux! I live in Gaffney and could have gone to our poorly stocked Walmart and gotten some but the price would have higher and the quantity would be less . At Sam's club I knew that I could use their self checkouts and get out quick! I also knew that I'd get a good deal on medicine! I shop here a lot! I like and recommend this Sam's club very highly! They have come a long way recently to improve your shopping experience! Thank You !

My momAnd I have been members of Sam's Since they opened in Spartanburg. We fI'll both of our cars up in gas once a week and we shop for groceries and miscellaneous items 1 to 2 times a week, also we both get medicine from the pharmacy once a month. In the past year. They have had all new staff come in and new manager. It's a negative vibe now. It doesn't matter how busy they are they only have two registers open to check out and there will be 6 to 8 employees standing around and a register in the middle just talking and ignoring customers.None of the employees smile or say thank you or can I help you anymore. It's like they all hate to be working there and are miserable. The new manager at night time he's very arrogant, thanks he knows everything, very hateful young man probably in his early 30s and made the Comment to me the other night " The customer is not always right but I am!" He needs to take a Dale Carnegie course in how to win friends and influence people. So thanks to u Mr always right Sams Manager we canceled our long time membership with Sams today and got an executive Costco membership and sounds like from the other comments that I have read about Sams several customers r doing the same.

This is the worst sams club gas station I have ever used. It took 10 minutes to pump 22 gallons of gas and l was the only car there. The attendant said this was normal. The pumps are 18 years old. Terrible service.

I have always preferred Sam's over Costco, but I'm so tired of the gas pump situation that I think we are switching. It is too congested and poorly designed, and patrons are apparently not able to follow arrows to make it work. save yourself the hassle. Get a Costco membership.

Excellent service. Kenneth, Alan and Nathan had me up and running in no time at all. They answered all my questions and made suggestions based on my own specific concerns that I had. This whole experience was even more impressive given the fact that I was a 'walk-in' with no appointment. Alan found the culprit to the problem (see photo) and patched the tire up for me. Attention to detail was really amazing. Highly recommended.

I asked an associate for help, but all I got was attitude. I'll take my money somewhere else.

The gas station is an awful experience every week! Cars go the wrong direction and drivers are never corrected by the attendant. He is too busy flirting with the customers. Two weeks in a row almost hit by cars going wrong direction. Called Corporate last week never got a return call from Regional Manager. Called back today, canceled membership, got a refund and heading to Costco!
