I used the Sally's virtual consultant to find the products I needed and was pleased with that experience. The in store associate was very nice .ahelpful. She helped me to understand what I was using and how.

I came by the store because it was convenient and I didn’t want to go to my regular supply store. This is the 3rd and final time. Every time I visit this store I’m followed and watched like a criminal. My daughter said mom I’m uncomfortable so we left!!!! It’s so said that people are like this!!! FYI Sally Beauty employees, I do not steal! I’m a hard working educated wife mother and full time student!!!

Well... I'm out $50 due to taking unsolicited advice from one of the associates. My hair is a dye fail!! Shoppers, If you have a plan stick to it, don't let them persuade you to do something else.

Had the most awkward experience with retail associate on 01/15/2022. Came in, no one was at front desk, didn't come and greet us until about 5 minutes of browsing, asked us what we needed, didn't show us just told us, and when it was time to check out she inspected my friends 20 dollar bill for 3 minutes straight (yes we timed it) avoided eye contact with us and all. I asked if there was a problem or if she had received funny money before us and she stated "no you're fine." and proceeded to check the bill. I don't know if it was because we are two young African American girls or if she was having a bad day BUT due to the experience we encountered BEFORE we checked out we KNOW she was NOT just doing her "due diligence" times are hard and workers are scarce but try to hire ones that exude customer service and also try to make sure they hide they're racism or prejudice more effectively. I hate making things about race but why else spend 3 minutes flipping the SAME $20 bill around near a light while we are clearly in front of you ? we also did tell her we had a debit or credit card she could take and she stated "no the $20 SHOULD be fine" nut continued to flip it around and hold it near the light RIDICULOUS. Leave the stereotypes at the door when you're at work , not al people are looking to steal or cause problems.

Been trying to get here for 4 months. I pulled up as they were closing. I was upset and those sweet girls let me in to get my hair dye. Love them for that. That's going above and beyond. That's outstanding customer service. Thank you
