So I've never needed or worn steel toes but I needed some for a new job. I was helped right away by Craig, he was so knowledgeable and he gave me tips on a comfortable fit. He went back 4 times to get me something perfect and I worked a 10 hour shift in brand new steel toes with no discomfort at all! I will definitely recommend them for your safety shoe needs.

First time in there, and I hate how I kept getting HOUNDED like darn thief. Don't you have my name and place of work? Why would I risk a mere $150-$200 for some shoes? It was just really weird being treated like I did something wrong when I just walked in. I get keeping an eye out on your product, but damn be casual about it. I could care less about the shoes, customer service is horrible.

I've been going to this store for work boots since my first warehouse job in 2009. The old man that works here is awesome! Great customer service, and every pair of boots he has recommended to me have been insanely comfy for 12 hour shifts! The boots they sell last YEARS not months. I just picked up a pair of Keen women's steel toes and these are so comfy. Plenty of room for your toes without squishing, no heel rubbing at all. No fatigue even after walking on concrete for 12 hours straight. Shout out to the old man who works here, wish I knew your name sir because you've prevented me from having foot pain for over a decade now. 10/10 would recommend you visit Safeguard for work boots.

I been to this store twice and tried to give the shoes back due to my mom giving me a extra pair she had , the first time the older guy stated that I would have to talk to my employer and see what they said , I didn’t wear the shoes or anything so I continue to wear the shoes my mom gave me to work they is real heavy on my feet so I went back before my work week started back up and I explained to the younger guy what was going on and told him then he stated that he would call and see what my employer said , to make things easier on me and him I said let me just exchange them for something different I go pick the shoe out and he come tell me sorry mam I can’t take these they smell like weed , I don’t even smoke and hand me the shoe back I walked out the store mad that’s racism and unacceptable I never ever put these shoes on smh and I can’t even get something more comfortable for my feet and it’s coming out my check , I wish I would have never went there and got any shoes fr and it’s not even that serious about the shoes I just needed something more lighter and comfortable on my feet and the shoes never been worn be in my trunk .

Great costumer service I've ever had in a shoe store. Also have a verity of options even in women's shoes. If you need steel toe work shoes this is a great place to go.
