They sold me a bad quality bracelet, the next day wearing started to damage. I tried to claim/return and they don't receive claim or returns. Also the don't open the hours published. The sales person is very rude.

The owners of this place are terrible!! Very judgmental and completely dishonest. Lied about a sale they had and were gazing into the wallets when paying and pointed it out the next visit on how much money there was. The guy who owns the place is super unprofessional and a terrible person. He has a lot of ego and is very rude to the customers. I recommend you don’t shop here despite the collection

Older woman who works here is very rude. Accused my mother of “recording” her merchandise. She showed that she was on the phone with her sister but she continued to harass my mother. Terrible service. Not that hard to be a kind person.
