Haven't shopped at Rue 21 in years, went the other day & pleased to see that they still have great clothes true to size, & great prices! They have such cute options for all kinds of styles. The employees are amazing, the store is well organized, & clean, plus they have fitting rooms!

I was only browsing but I found everything I wanted! I went to pay for it and was able to sign-up for their credit card! The system was not acting right so both, Allison & Larissa did whatever it took, spoke to support and made sure my credit card was activated. I found everything I wanted and was able to take my time. They were both so pleasant, patient and helpful. Their customer service is wonderful! If you want to go shopping for cool, cute clothes & accessories ? and you want a stress-free & positive vibe experience--- then go check out the rue 21 in the Westgate Mall in Spartanburg! They 'bout it! ????

Rue 21 at WestGate Mall in Spartanburg is a great place to go for cool clothing and much more. I have been happy with all of the purchases that I have made from here.

It’s fine. Not a great selection compared to other Rue 21’s I’ve been to, but c’est la vie. If you’re looking for the closest one and this is it, it works.

Store details say they don't close until 8pm. I've came several different days at around 630 bc I work 6 days a week and do not get off u til after 530 and they were closed. Have tried to call and they just pick up and hang up on you.
