We had a 9 am appt to have tires put on our trailer at the sptbg store.. which was opening time for that store and 1st available appt. we were early so no excuse for our wait!! we had paid ahead (3 days before) to start.. the paperwork wasn’t ready.. they pulled 3 vehicles ahead of us.. who did not have an appt.. started working on someone else before finished with us.. we have already waited over an hour and 45 mins. and have STILL NOT been pulled in to get tires!!!
Gville store showed a lot more professionalism and urgency to their customers. i recommend going there instead!!

Tire damaged on highway. Stopped in at RNR & they had 2 different sets to choose from. They were on it and got to me with no appointment so I could get home.
