My employer implemented safety toe footwear while on the shop floor. I got some extremely comfortable and aesthetic wedge-sole boots that look and feel great. Russ offered to take care of any of the employees that need a new pair. Also the moldable orthotics are life-savers I won't wear my boots without them!

We’ve been going to this Red Wing for the last year after my wife gifted me some of the best boots I’ve ever had for my birthday. Ever since, we’ve been buying all of our footwear exclusively from this store. This store and the manager have been amazing every single time! Always so helpful and always sure to make sure we are happy with our purchase.Recently, my wife decided to get boots online and got the wrong size. We came to this store to see if they’d help with the sizing process and if they could help with the return. They didn’t just help with the return but took the wrong boots and swapped them with the right ones! Not only that, but they exchanged wrong sized laces too!I’ve been super happy with this location, and even when I move away, I’ll be making the trek back to this store!

I walked into the store needing to buy a pair of boots. I told the salesman, Russ, what I was looking for. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and gave me a preliminary idea what my best options would be. We did the foot measurements, and he selected several boots for me to try on, and was able to tell me ahead of time the advantages and the fit differences of each. When I didn't find exactly what I needed from that first group, he selected two more which I tried on, and settled on the exact right pair. I paid for them, and walked out the door with the product I needed. This level of service, not to mention the ability to walk into a store and walk out with the item I need, is an exceptional rarity these days. I was very, very impressed, and will be a return customer for sure, and recommend to anyone else as well.

Russ is a great guy! Great customer service and super patient. As far as the Red Wings if you’ve never worn them they’re the best boot ever made. And last longer than most marriages.

What an awesome experience. This store blows all other red wing stores out of the water! Super clean and great customer service! Russ is the man, super knowledgeable about boots. Hooked me up with some super comfortable boots, that fit perfect. I’ll definitely be going here for all future boot purchases

What an amazing boot and even better store/staff to buy from! I bought my first ever pair of Redwing boots from them last August and after just 1 week of working with these boots I was very happy with my choice. The staff (I don't know his name,but I am sure he is the owner of that location) was great and very knowledgeable in his recommendation towards what boot best suits the work I do (construction). I told him I spend a lot of time on ladders and roofs and that I do A LOT of walking. Without skipping a beat he brought me over the boot that I wear now! Fast forward to today I called him this morning and asked if I still had a warrenty on my boots because they have had alot of wear since last August, he said yes and that I should come in and he can tell me whether the amount of wear and tear is covered by the warranty. It was! He was very considerate and listened to me as I explained the areas on the boots that were a concern for me. So today I got a new pair of the same boot that I have been wearing since last year and will most likely be wearing for the next few decades (unless Redwing drops something better). I recommend Redwing to all my coworkers and friends that are in the blue-collar field and I definitely recommend this store in Spartanburg!!!
