I am SO grateful for this place! They are absolutely experts in their field. I'm really glad to have a shop like this local to me so that I don't have to travel far to get my embroidery machine(s) serviced & to get quality thread & other items I may need. I have taken both of my machines to be serviced here, for both routine service & when I'm having an issue with my machine, & they're always so friendly, quick, and fairly priced. Not to mention they stand by their routine service & offer a 90 day warranty for their service, which I found out today that they DO honor. Not to mention they have an amazing thread selection, and always offer buy 3 get 1 free for the thread they carry. I highly recommend Ray's for all of your sewing & embroidery needs. Amazing shop with wonderful people!

I have a Pfaff Performance 5.2 which I bought in 2016 in Memphis, TN. The manual said it could be updated via the USB port. Over the years, I would check online for an update, but could never find one. The shop where I purchased the machine didn't seem to know anything about updates. Recently we moved to South Carolina and I had my machine serviced at Rays Vacuum & Sewing so I asked Rose Marie about updates for my machine. She found it was due for 2 updates and provided me with a thumb drive containing the updates for my machine. It was easy to update my machine, and I'm VERY thankful for her help. I recommend Rays for your sewing machine needs!

have an original black portable Singer. They took excellent care of it, cleaned it, checked it out and fixed whatever was wrong with it. Now it Drew's like new. Interesting place, nice people and great service! Highly recmend

I took my Brother sewing machine in for a maintenance service. The price was reasonable and it took about a week to get back. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Definitely would go back.

Went in to research best possible Sewing machine at affordable cost. Was educated on 2 machines and received a recommendation for the best according to my needs. Was also informed a person could be trained on the machine by staff which was a BIG PLUS!
