People sleeping in cars under the gas pumps, extremely dirty inside store, the management definitely needs to either be fired or retrained.

I went in to get a bag of ice. I was overlooked three times. The manager after I spoke to him about it called me “sweety” instead of giving some type of explanation. He had a very condescending attitude. Horrible customer service!!!

QT on Reidville Road. This was just unbelievable. I pull in there literally on fumes , and have got to get some gas or I won't make it home . I had just received a text notification that a payment was deducted from my debit card , it had been charged and was unauthorized . So I froze it. I just had one dollar bill, and some change and I am looking everywhere in my car for more change for gas. Then I remembered I had a scratch off ticket , that was a winner , for $6.00 . It came from the QT, a few days prior. So I was like , whew, thank God and headed on in to pay for gas. When I handed the cashier the winning scratch ticket and told her I just needed it to be applied to pump # whatever it was, she hands it back to me and says she can't cash it. I said, I didn't need cash just apply it to my gasoline . She said once again she couldn't. I literally had to get less than $2 of gas with my change.

Came In today asked Emma the cashier to put 20 on pump 4, then I realized that I told her the wrong pump. Once I made it back into the store Emma told me there is nothing she can do about it and that I should go speak with the person pumping the gas I paid for. I did not agree with that and asked to speak with a manager. She said she was the manager and the person over her was Rob, who was on vacation and he was totally against any type of refunded. She finally called Hanna and after speaking with Hanna she asked for all of my information and copied my ID then told me someone from corporate would contact me. I let Emma and Hanna know that this was not OK and I did not feel safe that I had to write down all my intentions and allow them to photo copy my ID(strangers with all my person information) and I still am out of my gas and 20 dollars. So I called another location( Emma let's me know no matter who I speak to I will not get my gas or money today) I ended up speaking to Wendy at the Greer location whom didn't understand why I wasn't being put first as a customer and a consumer so she let Emma know that she would transfer 20 from her store to their store so that I could finally get my gas and go about my day....please hire more employees like Wendy and offer better customer service training for the rest of your staff. Monday morning I am calling corporate

The Tire Air Pump machine was broken for some reason. I called the store and spoke with Kyle, he placed me on hold for a couple of minutes to go and take a look at it, came back to the phone to advise me he had fixed the Air Pump. Very fast and efficient service. This is a pretty good QT location when it comes to customer service.

Always nice and friendly staff. I do hate when they are out of drinks, especially when I come in for tea, hot chocolate, or cappuccino. I do appreciate the new additions of the creamers and whipped topping. The app is my favorite. Free food, reduced prices, great sales!

Was ignored while waiting in line. The attendant was a very rude young red-haired female. Tried to embrass me in front of others by canceling my transaction as I acknowledged that she took care of the customer behind me. Service is not like it used to be.

Good gas station but if you work in the kitchen area and don't want to fix orders then I feel you should stay home. We can hear you behind that counter.

I’m a regular to this QT b/c of proximity to my work. This is just a shout out to the manager/ day manager guy- short black hair, always there during weekdays. I’m encouraged whenever I see him there working, great sense of enthusiasm, humor, and hard work. Uncommon to find workers like that. This store is run pretty well. I think probably most issues stem from the clientele.

Review is for the sub sandwiches. Made quickly staff is friendly but other than fresh veggies they don’t put much meat on the sub, you can count the slices of meat used on one hand. Made my last subway sub look great

Love this QT! ❤️QT is my go-to gas station. This one is walking distance from my apartment and when I take a long walk or a run that way…it’s always a safe place for a pit stop.The service is wonderful, snacks on and the bathrooms are always clean. ?I have recently started using another gas station because they offer a discount with free membership in a rewards program. I wish QT did something like that…I would definitely participate. ? Every dollar counts. I know that’s a company thing and that doesn’t stop me from stopping by. One of my favorite donuts can only be purchased here…cuz listen… I❤️?!! #NotMoreThanCake #StongSecondTho#NopeNotTellinAnyway…love this store in particular. Always a good experience. ?
