Every time I come to this location it just gets worse and worse. For such a busy location, this store has really gone downhill in the last 6 months. I've noticed a general lack of staff, slow service, cleanliness, and other issues. The attitude of the staff is deplorable and brings the whole mood down. They'll often just run on one side of the register instead of both, and they don't even make eye contact half the time.
Not a fan of the security guard at this location. The tall Caucasian condescending gentleman. I understand the purpose of a security guard however, with the issues that are going on at this location and the general attitude of them just standing there and not really doing anything, it just makes it look all the worse. Staff retention or something else needs to change at this location.

The dirties qt I have ever been to. I usually only go to qt bc they are the cleanest, but this one was not the case. The staff when you check out was also distracted and was not getting people in and out like they are known for.

The regular crew is the best but this new crew they is horrible . The kitchen is horrible now. The kitchen use to be great food be cold and this woman made a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. The cheese half melt and cold and it look like she put 30 slices of cheese and mayo was dripping. I got a protein bowl it was still froze. The new people is horrible. Dude with dreads his attitude stinks where are they getting these people. Keep the original crew

People here are awesome. The sandwiches are so yummy. i think im addicted. My therapist has advised me to discontinue my frequent visits, but its so good

Nice placeStayed over night on parking no problems.Does get loud at times with some cars pulling in with loud music but nothing serious or crazy.Police on campus at all times.
