My fiance took her 2015 ford Taurus there to have her back brakes done and once getting there one side took a few minutes the other side took forever and she heard them beating on the backside of her car not sure what was going on. They then pulled her car out to tell her it was grinding louder than it was when she came in. They then tried to con her into buying a rotor when hers just needed to be resurfaced. They explained a pin was rubbing her rotor. Once she left the car was still making noise. Took it to my fathers shop where he discovered they had beat her brake into the brake caliper bracket to where it was jammed, they didn’t even line the brake caliper up to her brake pads pins, they used the incorrect clips for the brake pads and also bent the ones they used, and he did in fact resurface her rotor. She paid 154 for her brake job to be done very incorrectly only to have to pay more to have it correctly fixed. WILL NOT BE RETURNING AND DO. OT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

I recently had to go to this location because I was in desperate need of an oil change. I was hesitant to go because of something that had happened at a prior different location. I am financially down due to the hurricane and was just trying to find a place I could trust that was affordable. I walked in and was greeted at the desk by Floyd. I explained to him my situation and that I had looked up and found some coupons to try and save money as well. He didn’t need the code just honored what I showed him and did just the oil change and filter like I needed. After they completed he didn’t try to push any other services but did tell me I will some maintenance in the future. I was happy with getting in so quickly and wish I had known this location was closer to me than the previous others! I’ll definitely be back it gave me a sense of trust that I can go here and I appreciate the quick and polite service.

Took my car in for an oil change and when i returned home my car was just pouring oil. When I returned to the shop there was another mechanic on duty in addition to the original. He signaled to the staff and mechanic to come outside because he found the problem, but would not disclose the problem in front of me when the staff asked what he found. Turns out, according to a different shop, the initial mechanic had stripped the drain plug to the point that a new drain plug would not suffice and the oil pan will need to be replaced. It was also found that the initial mechanic had also removed the air filter and not put a new filter in.

Do not go to this location. They'll quote you one price, and then at the end when you go to pay, it's always more. False advertisement and all they want is to upcharge you. They don't honor the prices they quote

I recently took my car to Precision Auto Care, and I couldn't be more impressed. The staff was exceptionally professional and friendly Mrs. Calvert and Gentlemen that worked on my vehicle were amazing. They took the time to explain the issues and the necessary repairs. The service was prompt and thorough. I will definitely return for future service.

The service here is always great! There’s a deal happening almost every week and it’s some of the best prices in town. Front desk lady is so sweet and makes sure to explain everything they are doing to my car. Highly recommend this location!!
