Went on 11/01 . I called and ask how long on an oil change and the man who answered stated “well if you were here I could get you in and out” in such a welcomed way. I jumped in my car without my wig to get it there in time. As soon as I pulled up which was about 12-15 minutes, the same man (who was already dealing with 2 other customers when I arrived) just knew it was me who called immediately took my keys and got my car to the back. Took me to the register and got me checked out in under 5 mins ( while I was also handling a business phone call) I say all this to say… that man was wonderful! I’m sorry I didn’t get his name. But he multitasked quickly so well and provided me
With great customer service and I would like for him to know that he’s appreciated ! Now I’m leaving Mitsubishi and bringing my car here from now on !

Bad experience with precision! I spent over 2300 and my check engine light came back on 2 hrs after I left. I only wanted a tune up. Paul called and told me how much, I said that's a lot. Then he said just applied for koalafi and see if you get approved and you only pay 50 month . I said ok. He sent me link I applied and I got approved. So I told him i got approved and how much I got approved for. Then he said do you want me to go head and fix it I said yes. Then he text me and added 5 more things in once he knew my limit. I said well go head since I'll be paying 50 a month. At least that's what I thought I was going to pay. I'm thinking everything will be good once they finish with my car. Once I get there to pick up my car Brandon was the one who checked me out . He had to call Paul to walk him through how to check me out with me being approved for koalafi. Brandon told me my total was 1783. Paul said that wasn't right. So he came and made it be over 2300 . They sent me a link so I could pay with the koalafi approval. He didn't let me know that I would be paying back double. And that my payment would be 200 every 2 wks. So once I saw that I didn't want to do it no more . I wish he had explained to me about it. So I end up paying what I owe up front so I could be done with them. I accept the fact that I had to pay alot. But I don't like the fact that my check engine light came back on . I call Paul back and told him . He said bring it back . I took it back. He call me and said everything checked out fine then he said my psi was low and I need a engine. I told him I don't want them doing my engine. He said I'll work out a deal and you can use the money I was approved for. I said I didn't want to do that. I had someone go get my car because I was at work. I was so upset because I felt like i wasted my money. I just feel like they was trying to get over on because I'm a female. I regret going there. Today Paul text me asking me how my car doing. Why would you text me if I told you I didn't want to do business with yall. Worst experience ever. Lesson learn.
