We are absolutely bowled over by this practice so far. We live in WNC and our main vet’s office is not available to perform a service that we need for our dog due to the damage for hurricane Helene. I emailed Pine Street Animal Hospital and was met with warmth and kindness, not to mention they responded within the hour!! They got us in the very next week, and scheduled us for Nugget’s dental the week after! The vet and the vet tech were so kind and took such great care of us. Oh, and the prices are super reasonable, and they don’t push additional services on you. Yes, they suggest things that your pet may need now or in the future but there is not that sales pressure you sometimes get with a vets office. LOVE THIS TEAM!

I don't give reviews, usually. I don't give good or bad reviews. This time I am taking the time to rate and share my experie with the Pine Street Animal Vet. I have been bringing my dog here for three years. The atmosphere has never been hospital. You feel like a number in line for the day and not actually cared for. The vetanarians or techs are not very easy to talk to and they don't share information very easily to help you understand. My latest experience sent me over the edge though where I'll not return. They went back on their word twice back to back in a period of three days trying to seek help and guidance on an issue with by dog. They woukd not work with me whatsoever and made it very stressful to make a decision and the options they offered they ended up taking back and not following through. It is very unprofessional. I'll not be referring anyone here.

I took my dog, Smalls to Pine Street Animal Hospital recently and was very pleased at the ease of getting an appointment the same day, the excellent and compassionate care he received and the reasonable cost. Smalls has visted Pine Street Animal Hospital in the past as well and received the same amazing care. The staff is kind and courteous, the facility is comfortable and clean. I was also pleased that staff also followed up the next day to see how Smalls was doing.
Definitely recommend.

Pine Street Animal Hospital was a God send. Lulu has anxiety from an abused past & I tried the same vet, the previous owner used, for shavedowns. She almost died.
Praises! I go to church with the owners of Pine Street Animal Hospital but didn't know until I met Casey.
After several phone calls, plus an examination, the very efficient and knowledgeable Dr. Glenn monitored every aspect of the medical procedure. A contracted groomer came in to do the shave down. Less medically evasive, plus she had her own Dr. by her side.Thank you Dr.Glenn, Casey, Cassie & others.

Very dissatisfied with the service here. Won’t be back. Brought my girl in for vomiting and diarrhea. First of all, they acted like they couldn’t even see my dog. They didn’t pet her or even look in her direction once. After they took her back for maybe 1 or 2 minutes, they came to tell me her x-ray was inconclusive and my dog needed “experimental surgery” OR I could just wait it out and she could get worse. This didn’t make any sense to me. We took her to a different vet to find out all it was is an intestinal infection that just needed some antibiotics. Frustrated in the lack of communication and care for our dog. It’s obvious they didn’t want to deal with us any further. Didn’t suggest or do any blood tests either. And pretty much immediately brought us options of other places to go to figure it out. Luckily we found our own vet to take her too that genuinely cared and did things as simple as pet her and show her any sort of attention on top of actually helping her get better.

My 16 yr old needed a vet asap, my vet wasn't open until 8am. I was a walk-in and waited awhile until a Dr came in.
I'm grateful for their kindness and helping my baby.

I can’t say enough great things about Pine Street Animal Hospital! I’ve been taking my dog Lucas here for years now and have only had great experiences. Ashli, Jan, Cayce, Dr. Adcock, Dr. Hill, and all other staff have always been so friendly and helpful. Lucas loves them and gets so excited when I tell him he’s going to see his “friends” at the vet! 10/10 recommend PSAH if you’re looking for a vet!

I just started going to this animal Hospital and I really like the people there they take the time to talk to you and to look at your fur babies?❤️? and I really like it I did not have to drop my fur babies off and come back and pick them up..

Dr. Hill is fabulous! She is diligent, and has even consulted with me while she was on vacation (via office staff) when an issue came up with a new puppy. When you make an appointment, they are proficient at getting you in and seen without a long wait time. When I was younger, my mom always took our dogs to Dr Hayes (previous owner of Pine Street Animal Hospital). As an adult, I continued with the 5 dogs we have had over the years with Dr. Adcock and now Dr. Hill with our newest baby. They have always provided excellent preventative care, along with emergency situations as needed.

Having been to many vet offices over the years, I can honestly say I don't think ive been to another of this caliber. Top notch staff, friendly and helpful. Dr Adcock makes you feel very comfortable and answers any question you have. Very clean and welcoming facilities with a great environment. You won't regret giving them a shot, and im sure you'll be a lifelong customer(as I will be)!
