rude (snappy & didn't want to listen to what I needed) guy behind the counter.
and now terrible hours, 10-5 M-F & no weekends. so 1st shifters have to take off work to renew their phone plan?
and I thought Verizon customer services stank

y'all being lazy to do more than tape a paper sign to the door "sorry for the inconvenience" sure was inconsiderate of your customer'$ ga$ money; thank you Selectel.

Absolutely amazing service ! I called around trying to find the best price to get my phone fixed and they had the absolute best Price and the service was so fast my phone was fixed in less then 30 mins !

Was visiting Spartanburg and needed to get my son phone repaired. So I searched google and found several places. Called around and this place had the best prices around. Service was amazing and speed of service was really quick 45min or less. The finished product was great. The customer service was excellent from beginning to end. 5Star Service

Lady that works there is always late, went to pay a bill and had me stand there after being late to unpack phones and put in the display case.. alittle unprofessional but it wasnt terrible just wish customers were taken alittle more seriously
