We take our Lab to Petco in Spartanburg regularly for deshedding and basic grooming. She is always taken back on schedule and is "proud" when we pick her up!! (She knows she's she's adorable!). Rebecca does an amazing job with her and she is always excited to go back for another visit!

Our Bernedoodle puppy has taken both Puppy I and II Classes (with Cat). we still practice those basic commands, which B loves to do. B has also been getting groomed there, with Audrey, since she was a squirmy 3 months old. Now, at 1.7 months, our puppy is almost grown and she is much calmer under the scissors. Audrey recently did an exceptional job, delivering back to us a soft, clean and fluffy girl, whose eyes can be seen! We are signed up for Petco's "Vital Care" Program, which costs about $6.00 each month, but offers discounts on food, grooming and more. it is well worth the monthly expense. We now receive compliments on our cute and well-behaved dog...she has come a LONG way!

My dog has been going for grooming since he was a puppy. He now has so much anxiety during grooming that he has to have an anti-anxiety med before he goes. If they treated him as horribly as they did me, I can understand why. They told me how bad he was, maybe it was them that were bad. I highly recommend you take your dog somewhere else.

Brittany is absolutely awesome and takes fantastic care of my pups. She actually found a lump on my Shar-Pei lab mix that was cancerous and he has a lot of wrinkles and I had not even noticed it. I know PETCO is a chain but their groomers are awesome. Brittany is the best plus she has been working on my little multi-poo who is only two years old and is not exactly the easiest to groom. Ginger Belle comes home looking like the princess she is. Buster comes home smelling like a rose which is not easy with a Shar-Pei they do have an odor he loves it he comes home smelling like lavender. Thank you Brittany for taking wonderful care of my fur kids.

Call the guys here! They gave awesome care and attention to Murphy! They really saved my husband for attempting to give our dog a haircut! No more, Eric did a great job! Thanks for taking your job so serious but being so laid back! It was a great first for us!

I left a review back in May of my experience there and was messaged through it to please contact customer service. I messaged them the information and still did not receive an email or phone call. Silly me thinking that maybe I would get surprised by better customer service went back to the Spartanburg store on Saturday. After picking up what I needed, I checked the snack bar to see if they had the cookies that we have been asking about. Keep in mind, these are not new, they have carried them for a long time and the majority of the other stores carry them. After seeing they still weren't out there, I inquired yet again about them and was told they may have them in the back but she wasn't sure. They only have so many places to put them, I didn't mention that they had doubles out there. She informed me that I could call back daily to see if they have them out there but she doesn't know. While this is silly in some ways because it is dog cookies, at the same time it boils down to customer service. I just spoke to a manager there by phone, whose name is Ashley, and she is checking to see about the cookies but the store has a long way to go on customer service and friendliness.

Absolute worst. You can not ever get assistance in aquatics. I really wish we had an alternative nearby for salt water fish.
