I am a small HVAC business. Met with Jessica about maintaining my taxes in December 2022. We had everything to them for our taxes by February-March. They said no problem. Then tax time came and they never filed my taxes and filed for an extension. Every time I call they say she isn't available. I called religiously to try to get my taxes filed. No response. I wouldn't recomemd them for anything.

I met with Jessica for a consultation and she is brilliant, hands down. I was using a big cpa firm and they never even let me meet with any of the cpas for advice. She's got my business. The advice was top notch and looking forward to having a relationship and maybe save some money too! Recommend highly!
