This is our regular place to pick up our rottie's food. Very few places carry it, so we were thrilled to find this shop. Prices are fair. Mom and pop shop as well! So that's always good.

Our Border Collie gets very excited when she realizes that she's going to Paisley Paw! She enjoys getting her WARM bath and getting dried with the WARM bath towels. Washcloths, hand towels, and bath towels are readily available at each tub. Our baby loves to have her face washed with a washcloth. A wide selection of shampoos, conditioners and whiteners are available at each tub for your convenience. Daisy gets shampooed, conditioned, and then whitened. Once finished she gets spritzed with the girly perfume. There are also combs, brushes, deshedders, etc. available for use at each tub. The best thing of all is that items, even tubs, are kept CLEAN & SANITIZED for the next client (pet). Daisy even gets a treat before she leaves the store. The fee for this service is based on your pet's weight and is reasonably priced. Paisley Paw also has a HUGE selection of items for sale like pet toys, food, beds, collars, leashes, clothing, treats and many more items for your pets! Paisley Paw is an amazing place for giving your dog a bath! We will NEVER give a home bath again. I highly recommend Paisley Paw.

Love Paisley Paw. Their DIY dog wash is great, especially with a xl German Shepard. The staff are always very welcoming and loving and will chat with you about your pet any time. Their groomer is also very helpful offering advice and grooming tips. Took great care of my Shepard nails.

My family and I love paisley paw! The only reason as to why I’m giving four star is because the large marrow bone prices used to be $6-$8, but they are now $12. I get it’s a local butcher, but I think the old marrow bones were great. Unfortunately, now, I can no longer get the large marrow bones as I have 3 dogs and can only afford to get the small size. I’m hoping they will bring back the old large marrow bones as an option. Overall, you can tell the new owner and his employees care about their customers and fur babies.

I did the self wash… and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful they had everything you could need and some good treats for your furbaby at a good price… definitely will only be using them from now on…

Great place to wash your dog. Staff is super friendly. Nice little store with good inventory. They charge for dog wash by how much your dog weighs so make sure you have an idea how much they weigh.

So happy I researched this place....their website and great general reviews !!!!! Other places have lower ratings and properly deserve them. I adopted an older pup (72 pounds) German pei .He needed a Nails clip/grin roughly 25 $ and I did the first time DIY Bath 16$. I bought a leash too (nice selections).Made sure I timed ( Monday 10:30) to go in and see the not so busy shop. Also made sure Lebowski was exercised. Greeted by attentive attendees at the front desk. Explained my new dog and they were quick to point out Eric was well experienced not to worry. Eric did his feet. Eric was perfect with my dog. I witnessed and Eric said Lebowski did fine. I also washed DIY Lebowski (shy of water to the face) Eric came over and helped w this process....cool.Great location and easy street park. Unload area in front of shop too.Best dog experience in Spartanburg . Made my day. Thanks

We had a wonderful experience here! The store has all sorts of beautiful pet accessories, and the DIY dog wash is the best, complete with concentrated soaps/conditioners, brushes, etc. It is clean, and Ben was nice and showed me how to work the equipment. (They even have an emergency release on the chain in case the dog jumps over the tub while she's attached to the hold like mine sometimes does, and warm towels!) I was in the room while a groomer (Eric was his name, I think) was working with a client's dog, and you could tell he is an animal lover, and did a nice job and was gentle and kind with the dog he was grooming at all times. Anyway, we will be back to this nice, professional, peaceful, clean place!
