We had Orlando design my engagement ring from jewelry I inherited from my Aunt. After he'd outdone himself a few years ago on another re-bling project I'd taken him, I knew that he was the only one I'd trust with this task. Since there's no shuffling hands or shipping off pieces to be crafted, I felt more than comfortable leaving stones and gold with so much sentimental value in his care. The craftsman ship is great and turnaround time is more than reasonable. I will say that on both pieces a stone was a little loose, but I called him immediately both times and was able to get into the shop and have it inspected and fixed within 30 minutes. Orlando's is the only place in Spartanburg that will get any of my future jewelry business.

I lost the stone in my engagement ring back in November and waited until after the holidays to get it repaired. I finally made an appointment on June. I presented my ring to have the stone replaced. I also showed Mr. Orlando my band which had four stones that I thought only needed the outer posts readjusted. He recommended doing all of the posts and also recommended that I have the two rings soldered together because they were showing 38 years of wear by being loose and rubbing each other through daily movement. I received my rings on July 3rd. My eyes welled up, because he did such a fantastic job on my stone replacement and much needed attention and clean up to the set. It's my set, but it looks like a brand new set and shines and sparkles so much better. I will be back with other work and highly recommend Orlando's Originals to others. Thank you so much. I hate that it took me so long to get it there! I'm a very satisfied customer!

I found Orlando’s Originals a year or so ago when looking for somewhere to resize my engagement ring. He was very helpful and informative and resized and cleaned my ring . I loved the idea that he did it all in house (it made me anxious to have my ring shipped all over the place like other shops do). Orlando left a great impression on me and I just returned to have him make my custom wedding band . I had a specific idea in mind and he talked with me to make sure my idea came to reality as seamless as possible with my engagement ring which was my fiancés great great grandmothers diamond ring . With the short conversation we had he absolutely brought my dream to reality ! The wedding band was everything I could’ve wanted and more! So beautiful and he throughly cleaned the engagement ring and redid the prongs to hold the diamonds and brought it back to life! My Fiancé and I are so happy we chose him , and we highly recommend him to anyone who is searching for custom rings or any and every jewelry needs !

A few months ago, I lost the diamond out of my wedding band set, we had been planning on redesigning my rings anyway, we went and talked to Orlando. I had a few ideas in mind and took Orlando some pictures of rings I liked. He was so helpful and designed a BEAUTIFUL wedding set for me. My advice is if you are looking for jewelry of any kind then go see Orlando. He does beautiful quality work and stands behind it!!! I love my ring!!

It was a pleasure to meet Orlando today and and see his completely amazing work. My wife’s original wedding set has been broken for over a year. We have gotten estimates to fix it at numerous places of businesses and were shocked by the price quoted. Not only was I very pleasantly surprised with his pricing but over joyed with his work. I bought her this set 25 years ago when we first got engaged. However, for the last year she has not been able to wear it for fear of losing her diamond. Her set now shines and sparkles more than it did the day I bought it. I can not say enough good things about Orlando or his work. I will definitely be using his services anytime I need it in the future. I will try to post pictures later if her set and the other ring I had him to size. I would recommend any family members or friend to him for their jewelry needs. I look forward to discussing a custom ring for him to build in the near future.

Orlando was so kind and professional. I took him my necklace that had a clasp that wouldn’t close, he fixed the necklace in less than a minute and explained why the gap occurred in the first place. He is very honest and fair. I would recommend him to anyone and will continue to take all my jewelry to him in the future!

Orlando made a custom ring for me using my engagement band and a ring my grandmother gave me. He merged the stones from both rings together beautifully. He’s always done right by me, and takes excellent care of my ring by examining his work often.

Went to Orlando’s Originals today after going to another jewelry store and they couldn’t fix my jewelry because they were short of supplies. I told Orlando what I needed and that it was for Christmas and he fixed it right there on the spot, and without an appointment!!!! Very friendly and professional, he’ll have all my business from now on.

Orlando was able to make a women's replica of my wedding ring. My wife lost hers and really wanted one that matches mine. Orlando got it made super fast stayed in contact with me the whole time and followed up with me to make sure she loved it.
