Not sure were to start, Just want to share my experience with everyone, I've been using this Cleaner for a while and always like the service they provide but today they earned my business for as long as they operate, Picked up my Clothes and attached to them was an envelope with Cash found on my Pants and it wasn't just 1, 2 or 20 dollars, it was way more than that, it really made my day knowing the level of honesty of this place, I just want to share how happy yall made my day, thanks for the excellent service and honesty, God Bless you all.

The best dry cleaners around. I use them for my suits and it is always a pleasant experience. They allow me to lay down gospel tracts and are friendly at all times. If your are reading this, please know that Jesus Christ was God manifest in the flesh, He died for your sin and mine, He was buried, but on the third day, He rose from the dead conquering sin and death. Turn from your sin today and turn to Him by faith!

The best dry cleaner’s in the area and further. The owner, Jean, is so nice and does such an amazing job removing stains and has a great turn around time and her employees are a reflection of her leadership skills. Destiny is so friendly and personable and greets everyone with a smile, I’ve never seen her get frustrated or have an attitude with a customer. There’s a reason this place has been open for so long.

Since we moved to the east side of Spartanburg --- I needed a new dry cleaning service.I tried another dry cleaners down the street, but was not satisfied. Then I came here!Excellent customer service and their finished work is also excellent.I have my shirts made for me so I like the level of care they give me....because yes, I'm very picky.

To high on their prices. Shrunk my king size cover to a medium and just shrug their shoulders is to why it Shrunk.Won't returnGo to Fowler Brothers or somewhere else.....

I was looking for a new cleaners because a few years ago Master's Mark on Reidville Road lost my favorite linen dress and jacket and destroyed my favorite pair of leather gloves that only needed stitching on two of the fingers and were so rude to me as though it was my fault and offered no compensation at all. My beautician referred me to New Method. Ms. Jean and her staff are awesome and I drive from the Westside of town because I've been in customer service for over 45 years and they are worth the trip.
