I’ve been going to gyms for years, this is hands down my favorite. Such a shame the city of Spartanburg are national socialists that are forcing John to move away from his business he’s grown since the early 80’s. This is your dumpster fire of local government. What can you do when their priorities are a profanity laced rap concert in the middle of the square during spring fling. I would give nautilus 45 stars if I could. One for each year they’ve been in their current building. Literally making this community stronger. ????

Great gym overall! Has that old school body building feel and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Has about every machine you will need, I love it so far!

This may be the best gym in SC! This is a serious gym set up for those who take their training seriously. It's also a very warm, excepting, and friendly gym with a family atmosphere. Good for those at any level no matter the end goal. This place is like taking a time machine back to the golden era of fitness, and that's a very good thing! The many Nautilus machines they have available are pretty rare and highly sought after these days. Best machines ever made and you can't buy them new anymore. I really would like to give this place more stars. I highly recommend this gym!

This is a fantastic gym. It’s a family own business and you’ll be greet by name every time you walk in. There’s great equipment and it’s big enough that it never feels over crowed. This gym has everything anyone could need.

Recently joined after relocating downtown. I love the home feel of this place. Everyone is friendly and quite courteous. I have been working with John on some trainings and this guy is great! I’m so glad I joined.

I honestly wanted to like this gym, but I couldn't stand the old men loudly talking politics every morning. If you like Fox News and conspiracy theories, and if you don't think covid is real, then you'll fit right in. The owners are nice enough on an interpersonal level, but the other members are just awful.
