“I don’t remember the guy I worked with name, but I’m usually pretty good with electronics but I bought a device off-line that was not allowing me to update it.So I factory reset the device and from there the screen remain black and I couldn’t do anything past that step. It took him a few days but he stayed resilient to fixing the problem and exceeded my expectations. Definitely will be working with him again if I have an issue. Also went out his way to drop off the device to me. The price was kinda high but worth it. Thanks”

“My wife and I had lunch at Sam's Club.Supreme Pizza slice for her. Hot dog for me. Their drink machines were down, so instead of the regular $4 (no tip), we got bottled Diet Pepsis for a grand total of $8The hot dog is actually pretty good, her pizza was loaded with ingredients and pretty fresh from the oven. Most times we've gone they have at least three pizza selections. They don't skimp on the slice size either.Their pretzels are crispy outside and fluffy and warm on the inside.For prices less than a convenience store, you'd think you'd be getting bad food, but Sam's does it right!”

“I rarely do this, but when someone shows extraordinary customer service I think it's necessary to point it out. I was recently helped by Marifer Delacerda at this store. Without having to be asked she transferred all of my data to my new phone (something I've always had to ask for in the past and was only begrudgingly done). While she was setting up my phone she helped another customer who needed help installing an app, without ever skipping a beat with what she was doing for me. She also took a call and was able to answer a question about their stock from memory. Outstanding service!!!”

“Gabriel was AMAZING!!!! Wonderful customer service! I have had an issue with my phone being locked and nobody has been able to fix this issue, I have been to several different cricket stores along with other cell phone stores over the past 3 days trying to figure it out and I went into this cricket store and Gabriel worked with us for over an hour and a half trying to figure it out and even stayed on the phone with customer service for over an hour and they hung up on him ? but he kept trying and even though we were unable to unlock my phone, he was able to get me set up with a new one ? Cricket as a cell phone company- I would give zero stars, but it’s cheap and I’m able to have 4 lines at a good price. But Gabriel’s customer service gets 10+ stars. He deserves a raise! Thank you so much for helping me, I am so happy to have a new phone! ??”

“I called the store the other day because I was told because I had five lines I qualify for promotion they have for iPhone 11 that was not a true statement she said that they have never heard of such thing. So I called customer service back the new customer service rep told me she hadn't heard of it either and she looked up who told me that connect me to a supervisor the phone hung up I never heard from anybody.”

“My husband and I came in and were greeted by Taylor, who was happy to help us with a warranty exchange. She explained the process and the cost. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was going to take past closing time by a little to transfer and set up the new phone she suggested that we could wait in store or get something to eat next door and she would keep the phone with her while the files transferred. She did just that. Galloway, her co-worker, was also able to help with recovering sentimental files. My husband did not want to lose in the transfer. I would recommend asking for Taylor or Galloway when going to TMobile Hillcrest. Above and beyond what was expected in customer service ??”
