“My issue started last night with my phone not being able to be charged, so I went in today expecting to have to have a port replacement, I handed the guy my phone and he went to the back for a 5 minutes and came back out and it was working fine, no charge for the issue. I'll definitely be going back to this place for future repairs.”

I brought my IPhone 11 in with little confidence in it being fixed after having water damage . They quickly assessed my phones diagnosis and the repair tech was a wizard at fixing my problem promptly. The front of store manager was very honest and helpful at communicating my phones problem and potential issues to look out for. While having the resources and parts available of a chain store, they had the communication and transparency of a mom and pop shop. The lady at the front counter was playing great music as well making my time there enjoyable. If you are having phone issues I highly recommend this store!”

“Ari was a huge help! Very nice guy and he explained everything as simple and as straightforward as possible. I came in to AT&T for the first time, and he helped me with a broken phone issue (carried by verizon, who was no help to me, after being loyal customer to them for quite some time) and he got switched me over from Verizon to team AT&T. He got me set up with a new device, and a plan with protection and hotspot for the same price as I was paying for Verizon for no protection, and no hotspot. He is a wonderful asset to have on the team. I left very pleased with his service and commitment to help me out! Can't wait to visit again. Thanks!”
